Hello Coaches!

Just a reminder to complete your NCAA Certification if you haven't already (BOTH USA Gold License and BBCS). Also, please have your athletes register with the BBCS. All coaches and athletes DO NOT create another user account in either system, rather they RENEW their account from last year unless this is the first time.
After coaches have acquired their USA Gold license they still need to register in the BBCS system athttps://web3.ncaa.org/bbcs/login.
The overall approval process for NCAA events:
  1. All coaches complete the NCAA requirement.https://community.usab.com
  2. All coaches and athletes register with the BBCS.https://web3.ncaa.org/bbcs/login
  3. Club coach or administrator creates ONE BENCH for all teams, players and coaches in the club.
  4. Club coach or administrator creates one roster per team by choosing from all of the coaches and players on the club bench.
  5. Club coach or administrator selects which NCAA events they want to participate in.
This way a club can have different players for different events as each roster can be unique.

Thanks for your time,
Kayla Pedersen
