GAME RULES are attached!
MANDATORY: All players participating in the Tournament Division must bring their a photo ID and most recent report card (or a transcript). Be sure to inform your basketball family of this requirement right now. You may be asked to produce the document for grade verification upon check-in (each day).
TOURNAMENT DIVISION is grade based (not per age). Meaning, regardless of age, no player is permitted to suit up with a team participating in the grade lower than himself (i.e. a 12th grader may NOT play in the 11th grade tournament division). If an opposing team conducts a protest for this particular reason, the player in question has a time limit of 60 minutes after the completion of his game to produce his report card / transcript to the site supervisor. Otherwise, an automatic forfeit will be determined.
The winning team of the "Money Bracket" will receipt a $1,000 donation immediately after the completion of the championship game. If any winning program has a non-profit status or a Tax ID#, be prepared to supply it to us in a timely manner (after winning the final game).
Platinum Bracket winning team will receive a Plaque
ICE BREAKER Admission Prices:
* $15.00 Daily pass
* $35.00 Weekend Pass (Fri - Sun)
* Free for kids under 6 years of age
Rosters are viewable on RCS Sports app.
We are NO LONGER REQUIRING A PHOTO ID:
Money ($1,000) is at stake for the Tournament Divisions. If integrity, and the possibility of earning this donation is that important to you, then it should be absolutely no problem to have someone print a copy of the report cards (if applicable) or digital proof of grade for all players on your roster.
Put them in anvelope and bring to check-in at the location of your 1st game! Upon completion of your last game (Sat or Sun), you may retrieve the envelope with your kids' documents.
Correction! Report Cards are NOT needed for this particular division.
However, only the players listed on the roster may play with a team!3/19/2021 9:40 AM
The requirment of photo ID can't be effectively enforced within the sub-high school divisions. Therefore, a 2020-21 REPORT CARD will be sufficient for all 4th - 8th Grade Divisions. Do not allow this simple rule to cause a forfeit for your team.
All high school players must have a photo ID and report card upon check-in.
*If the report card is digital, then I strongly encourage you to email it to yourself and print a copy*
Everyone MUST wear a mask inside all locations (unless playing in a game).3/19/2021 8:50 AM
