All teams will hold FAAST & all FAAST Facilities harmless in event of any issues - knowing that there is a risk for injury in any sport.

Refund Policy

FAAST has the best refund policies in the sport. Baseball/Softball: FAAST has the best refund policies in the sport. Teams can access a full refund two weeks prior to a tourney. Likewise, on Tuesday prior to the event if FAAST has enough teams to run the event, teams can access a portion up to all of their entry for a refund refund. After Tuesday, FAAST will determine refund options. Rain: In the event that a tournament is canceled due to weather or for any reason, the following refund policy shall apply. If a team: - does not play a game, the team will be given a full refund. - plays one (1) game, the team will be given a $200 refund or percentage on reduced rate. - plays in two (2) or more games, the team will not be given any additional refund. Basketball: Teams can access a full refund two weeks prior to a tourney. Likewise, on Tuesday prior to the event if FAAST has enough teams to run the event, teams can access a full refund. After Tuesday, FAAST will determine refund options.
