Teams are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes before your first game to grab your passes. You will not need more time than that.
When you arrive for the first time, you need to have a team representative grab your player wristbands and coaches' passes at the entrance to give to the rest of your team. The entrance is on the east side of the gym with plenty of parking near the football and baseball fields. We will then check your team off the list and you will NOT get more passes (unless you bring us a broken one to replace). You are in charge of making sure that everyone on your team has their passes BEFORE you enter the gym.
Here’s the exception: 6’0 Under Open teams will need to be measured individually when they arrive at the entrance.
After your first game, you will not be permitted to enter the building until 10 minutes before your game starts. We will be locking the doors at the top ( :00) and bottom ( :30) of each hour.
Players will be able to get their shirts on the way out of the facility near the exit. One team member will pick them up and give them to the rest of the team. We do NOT have shirts for coaches.
After a game is completed, it is the winning team’s responsibility to turn in their score sheet to the score sheet area. It is located near the exit. Please double check that the correct team is circled and that the score is accurate.
Teams are permitted up to two fans per player. All fans will need to watch from upstairs. Only players and coaches will be permitted on the main floor. Fans will need to keep their facemasks on the entire time they are in the facility.
All players, coaches, and fans will need to enter the facility from the entrance on the southeast gym doors and exit through the northeast gym doors.
Following every game, you will need to leave the facility. Yes, this will be inconvenient, especially if you have more than one team playing. But it is a very SMALL inconvenience compared to not playing the tournament.
Here is the updated COVID policy (3/23/21):
*Teams will be allowed 2 fans per player on each team. Please socially distance!
*Each team will be allowed 2 coaches per team
*Teams and fans will need to exit the facility immediately after their game is over.
*There is a designated entrance and exit on the Northside of the gym (there is plenty of parking). We are putting together a map of the school so that there will be less confusion. Be sure to check our social media feeds for updates on this.
*Everyone entering the building will need to wear a facemask. Players do not need to wear their masks during the games.
*You will need to bring your own water. The water fountains have been disabled so bring plenty with you (and throw away the trash when you’re done!)
*Teams will not be permitted to enter until 10 minutes before their first game
*All 3rd-12th grade teams will play on Friday (games start at 5:00 PM) and Saturday (games will go from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
*All Adult teams will play on Saturday (games will be between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM) and Sunday (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
*The Tournament Schedule will be released the Wednesday before the tournament begins
*Admission is $5.00 per day for spectators
