3rd Annual All American Games Schedule
Messages
We really enjoyed hosting in Panama City and having 300+ ballers come show their skills. So much talent in the Panhandle family of teams. We appreciate you taking the weekend to come play and thanks to the coaches and parents who made this event a reality. Saw so many smiles and new friendships made on the court.
We will be hosting our first tournament of the season with new age groups back in Panama City for the 3rd annual Halloween Havoc the weekend before Halloween. John and the Panhandle team are working on the 2024 schedule. It's going to be our best year yet as we expand our footprint in the Southeast.

Small correction to above on 3 point finals. All finalists will shoot 20 shots, not 25 per round.
Thanks!

Hi all. Let's start with general Finals info:
1.) Boys 7th, Boys 8th, Boys 9th, Boys 10th/11th and Boys Varsity Finasl will be at 1:10 at Bay Point High School.
2.) Boys 3rd/4th, Boys5th, Boys6th and ALL GIrls division finals will be at North Bay Haven High School after the last scheduled game of the day.
3.) There was a minimum threshold to meet for scoring for each division. Some divisions have 4 finalists, some have 6 with tiebreakers.
4.) Same rules apply: 4 balls per rack, 5 racks per attempt, 4th ball on each rack (Money ball!) is worth 2 points.
5.) Southern Elite Sports will provide a $200.00 gift card to any contest who breaks the AAG record of 22 set in Year 1.
6.) All finalists will shoot 25 shots. The top 2 scores will advance to a head to head playoff for division champion.
Congratulations to our finalists. Here are the final shooters for the boys:
3rd/4th grade: Tristen Guidas, Riley Thomas, Isiah McCoy, Noah Davis.
5th grade: Centrel Crocker, Marion Reed, Kedrick Larry, Ryder Kembro
6th grade: Kasen Ellison, Aeydn Locklear, Ronald Barnett Jr, Austin Green
7th grade: Anthony Trotter, Preson Elliott, Andrew Holcomb, Tyler Williams, Anthony Trotter
8th grade; Wade Borgeson, Trey Mitchell, Dwayne Francis, Wes Starkey, Jabari Epps
9th grade: Era Medina, Diggy Coleman, Austin Hostetler, Alan Forbes, Kaiden Denns, Paul Hoyt
10th/11th Grade: Brock Ward, Cameron Mayes, Luke King, Michael Wallace

8th/9th: Raylee Waskom, Jackie Himes, Cameron Culberson, McKayla Crowe
Varsity: Macy Hardy, Jasmin WIlson, Alecia Shack, Brayley Weaver
Again apologize so late Saturday night! We had over 240 entries to notate and excited to see our finalists tommorw. Top honors out of prelims:
Boys: Ethan McDonald threw up a 19 spot like it was nothing, and missed all the balls on the final rack. He had a shot at the record.
Girls: Jasmine, Kierstyn, and Cameron all put a solid 16 on the girls side in three different divisions.
Good luck to everyone tomorrow.

Hi everyone,
We will clear the gym at 1:50 (everyone out please) so we can reset the gym and set up the gate. Please exit the gym by 1:50 so we can set up the courts. The gate is $10.00 for the weekend and we wil collect that at 2:05 once we reopen the gym. Thanks for coming out and please vacate Bay Higj by 1:50 so we can set the two courts and set up the gate.
Good Evening
I first want to take a minute and thank our partners SES( Chris and Brent ) for hosting the All American Games for the 3rd year. They spend a LOT of time and their own money to help make sure we can have the All-American Games. Despite the uniform fee and a small gate fee, they do not make any money. Panhandle Basketball also costs several thousand without anything to offset any of our costs. We are hopeful of finding a big sponsor in the future to cover all the cost, so it's completely free for the players and none of our partners spend their own money. We want you to know this, so if you have a chance, please tell the staff, Thank you.
All American Games were brought about as a FUN event and as a way to give back to teams and players who play with us throughout the travel season. We are in year three and while we have improved from year one, we are still growing and learning what works and what areas need improving. There might be some things that aren't prefect today, some areas that you think we can improve. We will gladly listen as long as it's in a helpful way. We want to be better in year 5, 10, 15, than we are now. But please keep in mind that this is a FUN event and ALL the people involved pay out of their own pocket to make this happen!
I hope you all have a great, fun day and enjoy the event!
Thank you
Panhandle Basketball
Hi everyone,
Timeline for this weekend. We are using 2 gyms, Bay High School and North Bay Haven. You can find direction help on the "venues" tab of this page.
SATURDAY:
9:00: Registration and 3 point shot contest prelims open. You must complete your 3 point shot contest entry (free for the 1st one) by 2:00 PM. This will be on court 1 at Bay High school. You must also register and receive your jersey at Bay high between 9:00 and 2:00 Saturday.
2:30 PM: Games start at Bay High and North Bay Haven. The girls divisions will play at North Bay Haven, the boys will play at Bay High on Saturday. On Sunday, both boys and girls will play at NBH and 7th and up will play only at Bay High.
3 point shot contest finals will be at 1:10 PM on Sunday at Bay High for the approriate divisions and at 2:20 PM at NBH for all girls divisions and boys 3rd/4th, 5th, and 6th divisions.
This is not a ring tournament, but a showcase tournament. We have prizes for 3 point contest winners in each division.
NBA trainer Ryan Goodson will be conducting mini clinics from 9:00 to 2:00 at Bay High school. Due to high demand, we will run training on court 2 and ask that we limit to 25 players at a time per clinic. You are more than welcome to attend multiple training sessions, but we do want to rotate players in.
Shorts: Please wear what you want. We supply the jerseys that you get at check in.
Schedule: The schedule is live and posted and we will also have paper copies posted at both schools for both days. Please make sure you check your schedules for your baller.
Team requests: This is an All star game so we have intentionally split up players on the same travel team to different teams. This is an all star game showcase and we want our ballers to have a great time. Coaches have been instructed to run equal playing time for all of our hoopers.
Sunday: We should finish no later than 4:50 PM at both gyms. The last 3 games at Bay High will be on the main court with 9th, 10th/11th boys, and Varsity boys playing on the main court to end the All American games.
We will have a small questionnaire at registration we hope you fill out. We will do a drawing of all entries for a gift card from Academy sports. If you get a chance please fill out this five question survey to help us do better in year 4. Your feedback is encouraged and appreciated.
Code of Conduct: This is NOT a travel tournament but an all star game to showcase the best players from this season of Panhandle travel basketball. Super fun event and gives the kids a chance to play together and form new bonds while competing against the best Panhandle has to offer. Please keep that positive spirit going in the stands, on the court, and in the huddle.
Thanks for attending the All American games Year three in Panama City. We are looking forward to seeing some high level basketball this weeekend in Panama City. To all the coaches, refereees, parents, players and workers we appreciate you attending and making this happen. Safe travels and we will see you at Bay High School for check in between 9:00 and 2:00 Saturday.

Hi everyone,
We are excited to have one of our favorites: Getchewabox at Bay High School on Saturday and Sunday. Check out the menu below. His wings will sell out and his PoBoy and Boxes have kept us going at many tourneys. Ask about the "Magic" Fries special he created as a tribute to Penny Hardaway.
Getchewabox will be set up from 10:30 AM to ??? Saturday and 10:00-2:00 on Sunday.
We are working on rosters now. Rosters are done and will be posted on the Panhandle basketball website starting Monday morning. Once all rosters are posted on Facebook, we will post them here. We anticipate having the schedule done no later than Wednesday.
Looking for one or two more coaches. Please reach out if interested.
Gate for the weekend is 10.00 for both days. Children under 12 free.
Have a great week,
Panhandle and SES hoops teams

Hi all,
Registration is officially closed. We are working on the rosters today and tomorrow and should have them posted by Tuesday at latest.
Still looking for a couple of coaches. Thank you to those who have volunteered. If you are interested in coaching an all star team please text Chris @ 850-338-4578
We have over 210 ballers who have signed up and paid. Some are still missing uniform sizes but we will reach out individually for those needs.
Check in will start at 9:00 AM at Bay High School. We will send out a separate post on updated timeline including game schedules in the next few days. Rosters will be posted by division on both the Facebook Panhandle page and here on messages.
Excited to see all of you here in Panama City. Wanted to send a quick update and let you know what we are working on.
Best,
The SES and Panhandle AAG team
Hi everyone,
If you have not paid for the All American Games your baller has been moved to the waiting list. Final payments are due no later than this Saturday August 5th at 5:00 PM. Registration will close Friday August 4th at 12:00 PM CST. If you have not registered by then, we unfortunately can't take any new registration but will potentially fill off the waiting list.
For payment options please look at the message board for cashapp and venmo payments as well as other information.
We have also had some full teams try to register. We will delete those teams tonight. This is an invite player event.
Looking forward to seeing all of you in Panama City.

Good Morning
We hope everyone has a fun filled championship day. Remember this is just a kids game and also officials are human and might miss calls, just like players might miss shots or coaches may call the wrong plays at the wrong time. Win, lose or draw, remember to have fun and cherish these moments. They will be gone before you know it!
We want to also remind you(Coaches, Spectators, Players), we have a ZERO tolerance policy on poor behavior, aggressive or physical conduct, belligerent behavior or any other conduct unbecoming a youth event. Our policy is clearly stated in the rules and coaches sign stating they understand.
That policy will be in FULL effect today. Please do not put yourself in a position to be removed from a game, gym or tournament. We don't want to have to do it, but we will absolutely, with no hesitation.
Panhandle Basketball prides itself on running great, fun, events with a great, safe environment!
Good Luck to all teams today!
