General Information
HoopSeen is excited to host several tournament in the Sunshine State in 2023. We will kick off the year with a brand new tournament in honor of our good friend Conrad Foss. For almost 3 decades Conrad was a fixture in grassroots basketball in the state of Florida. He had a tremendous impact on many student-athletes in Florida and was instrumental in helping many players achieve their dreams of playing college basketball.
A portion of the proceeds will go to the Conrad P. Foss Foundation
Our event staff will be seeding this event while taking into consideration the US Amateur Rankings. We will not seed solely on the rankings for this event.

US Amateur Sanctioned 
US Amateur Basketball provides a cohesive national basketball platform that brings together the top grassroots tournament operators from around the country. Our goal is to bring together these various tournament operators to standardize and increase the quality of the tournaments being offered.
