Who Want the Smoke Schedule

Good morning Coach,

Wanted to clarify the check-in process. If you are in the DFW Area Friday, with your teams and have late games Friday evening or, don't have games until Saturday, you can bring your teams to the designated locations listed below for early check-in. The times listed are for Friday hours of operation. If you will not arrive until Saturday morning, please check-in at the location of your first game.Players will not be allowed to check-in without their coaches being present.

- Players/Coaches MUST HAVE THEIR PLAYER/ COACHES PASSES ON THEM AT TIMES! They must be attached to their bags/backpacks/wrist.

- Government I.D is required upon check-in. No exceptions.

- The team listed at the top of the schedule is the designated home team.
- A copy of the game rules is attached

- Daily admission is $20. $50 Weekend passes are only available for purchase on FRIDAY. Afterwards, the daily admission rate will apply.

- Check your schedule for locations and times.

- Please check the app for any additional updates throughout the weekend.

- As always, let's remember the "why." To support, build-up and produce productive young men while using their gifts to make room for them.

Hello! We are almost there. The schedule is now live!!! Please check your times and locations as soon as possible. Note, there is SMOKE all over this event. You all have competitive schedules with eyes on ALL courts.

If you haven't already done so, submit your rosters. They will be LOCKED and sent to print tomorrow morning. Any coaches (4 coaches passes per team, per name listed once) or players left off of rosters will be required to pay the daily admission (non negotiable). No add-ons allowed the day of check-in. If you are coaching multiple teams, only list your name once.

We are a few days away from the smoke. Here are a few housekeeping items.

* Make sure that ALL team rosters have been uploaded into Exposure.
* Please list the coaches for EACH team.There are only 4 coaches passes allowed per team. Only the name LISTED on the rosters will receive a pass (one pass per name regardless of the amount of teams you coach). No add-ons/ins during team check-in under ANY circumstances.


* Coaches passes are NOT TRANSFERABLE. IF LOST/MISPLACED/DETACHED you will be required to purchase a day pass.


* Government identification will be checked during the check-in process.


* Roster must be submitted by Tuesday, May 9th, 2023 at 7:00pm
