Good morning Coaches,

It's time for you and your team to bring your a game today, so please leave the ineligible players at home! You all have been informed several times about this. If you have ineligible players, then you will be asked to leave the facility. We'd like to keep the engagement cordial and refrain from any escalations, including callimg the local authorities. We DO NOT want to take things to that level, that is why we send these requests out a head of time. We do thank you and appreciate all you do for the kids.
LETS BE GREAT!!!

Regards,
Sam

Coaches,

Everyone got a chance today to scout their opponents in the division. Tomorrow is CHAMPIONSHIP SUNDAY! It is Win and advance, loose and go home.

DO NOT BRING PLAYERS THAT IS NOT ON YOUR ROSTER and DO NOT play a player below his division. If you play ineligible kids the game will be a forfeit and your parents WILL NOT BE ISSUED A REFUND! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I talked with a couple of players that was questionable. I found out through MAX Prep, the organization social media and the players social media, that we do have some 10th and 11th graders playing in the 9th grade division. THOSE players are not allowed in the facility tomorrow.

Safe travels,
Sam

Hello All,

Director Sam Brown is on a flight. As board members we've been informed there are team cancelations, specifically in the 10th grade division, leading to a schedule change. While we do not insert ourselves into schedules, per Premier Tournament Group any further cancelations will result in another team not able to play their 2nd game on Saturday. This is unfortunate, however it is out of our control if a team cancels.

We appreciative of your participation,
PTG Board Members

4/26/2024 7:28 PM

Btw Coach,

A roster link was sent. Please update your rosters with all players that are playing in this event this weekend, meaning NO hurt players. Hurt players are not participants, 😞 sorry. They are spectators this weekend. Please update roster, so that we print out scoresheets for this weekend event.

Thank you,
Sam

TO ALL,

DO NOT CHEAT!!!!!!!!!!! DON NOT CHEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT CHEAT!!!!!!!!!!!

Premier Tournament Group Staff and Board Members have ZERO TOLERANCES for CHEATERS! Coach we ask that you play your roster and NOT a kid that you want on your team for this weekend, just so you can WIN, knowing he or she is not in their correct division.

If we find that you are cheating, we WILL FORFEIT that game! Please Don't risk the embarrassment of yourself, your organization, the parent and most importantly, the KID/KIDS! We want honest coaches and coaches with integrity to compete in our events. NO TROPHY CHASERS for social media and likes! Do it the right way, with CLASS and DIGNITY!

Last but not least, bring players proof of CURRENT grade, such as a report card or i.d. in case we have a protest. This will speed of the process.

Respect to the highest of high,
PTG Staff & Board Members

Hey Coaches,

We tried to pleasae everyone with ALL the schedule request etc. We have 36 teams and a total of 18 schedule request for 9 hour of basketball on four courts.
If we did not meet your request, please plan accordingly.

We will follow other info about this event in the next 2 hours. Please continue to be patient.

Respectfully,
Sam

4/26/2024 12:46 PM

Good day Coaches,

I hope all is well. We are removing teams from the event due to non payment, transportation issues, not having enough players to compete this weekend, and so many other reasons. Then you add the schedule request and the many coaches coaching multiple teams that can't coach in the same hour. This is causing teams to have a 4 to 6 hour delay in between games. So their is alot being done to make this happen in 9 hours on 4 courts.

The scheduler is finishing up the schedule and have it posted soon!

Once we post the schedule, we will follow with emails and text messages regarding the following topics:
Games rules, Coaches check in, NO CHEATING with inelgible, Spectators fees, sepectator expectations, and much much more.

Regards,
Sam

Good day Coaches,

Thank you for registering your team/ teams for the 2nd Annual DMV Tri-State Classic. We are currently breaking down each division. We will release the schedule no later then 5pm on Wednesday. If you have registered and not yet paid, please do so a.s.a.p.
Also, we WILL NOT be taking no more request for games times. It seems like everybody wants to play at a certain time. This leaves some teams waiting 5 to 6 hours to play their next game. For those that made request, we will do our best to honor that, however if for some reason we are not able to, we do ask that you plan accordingly.
