Please be sure to read each section below thoroughly.

If your team has not checked in, you do not need to bring your players to complete the check in process. You MUST have a printed copy of your NSID verified roster. This is NOT your AAU roster, your NSID verification will have your players picture and personaly verifiying information with a green, red or orange box around it. Your players and coaches MUST have their current AAU membership information in Exposure. Your players MUST have their jersey numbers in the system.
This information has been emailed and texted out several times over the last few weeks. The information is also available in the terms portion of the registration link you completed when you registered your team.

Prior to the tournament (and extended multiple times) is a deadline to complete your player and coaches information in Exposure. The rosters are locked and you are NOT able to update anything to the locked rosters. If you enter your Exposure account and make updates to a locked roster, it will ONLY show on your account. It will not reflect on the tournament rosters already in place. Any changes will result in a $25 charge.

Any team who does not bring their printed NSID verified rosters to check-in and to each game to place on the table will NOT be eligible to play. This can and will result in a forfeit of the game.

There is a FexEx office on site at the Marriot that you may use to print your documents if you do not have them and are already at the hotel. Our staff at registration is not able to print any NSID's.

If you arrive at check in and do not have your documents, your team cannot be checked in. We will ask you to step out of the line until you are ready to be checked in.

We understand that the process can be lengthy and tedious, but we are trying our best to ensure a fair and safe tournament experience for you and your team.

We love to have your teams with us and couldn't do what we do without you. However, we do ask that you do not mistreat or verbally abuse our staff. Their job is to ensure that everyone follows the rules that have been communicated to you. Any coach and/or team staff who is verbally abusive to our staff will be asked to leave and not able to coach their team for the day.

The FL AAU app underwent some updates. Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the changes. One of the biggest changes is when you view the schedule, the home team will now have (H) for home and (V) for visitor.

*Rosters are now officially locked. The original deadline was 3/27 at 9am, we extended it until 3/27 at 7pm and then still allowed updates until today. If your team does not have the following in Exposure you will be charged $25 at the time of check-in.

1. All players name and jersey number
2. All players and coaches membership numbers


NSID verified rosters must be printed. If you are unable to print the roster from NSID, individual player verifications are acceptable.

Any player who throws a punch or kicks another player will result in removal of all teams in the organization. Safety for all players, coaches, referees and spectators is our top priority.

Hello Coaches,

Rosters were locked at 9am this morning. There are quite a few teams who have no AAU numbers in the system. This is mandatory and must be completed today. We will open the rosters one last time until 8pm today.

All coaches and players must have AAU numbers in the system.
All players must have jersey numbers in the system.
*Any player and coach who does not have their information in the system after 7pm today will incur a $25.00 change fee at registration.

I strongly urge you to sign in to your Exposure and ensure all the information is up to date to avoid the fee. We don't want to charge fees for changes, however we have been sending communications regarding these requirements for several weeks.

All players are required to have their NSID verification. Coaches must bring a copy of your verified NSID roster to registration. Any player who does not have their NSID verification will be ineligible to play.

Early check-in will be held at Orlando World Marriott starting at 10a. Coaches must bring an ID and their NSID verified roster to check-in. Any coach not in Exposure will not receive a coaches band and will not be permitted to sit on the bench.
Parking fees will not be charged for early check-in - you must follow the following directions.
Park in front of the convention center entry doors. The Cypress Ballroom Registration Desk will be located directly in front of the entry doors. Parking in that area will be limited to a maximum of 10 minutes. There will be signs that indicate "No Parking" but this is to ensure vehicles are not parking long term in that area, as they can be towed if left unattended for longer than the alloted 10 minutes.

Coaches who check in from 10am-2pm will receive a grab bag of shirts for their team. This is available on a first come, first serve basis and limited. Please arrive early.

After a quick audit of the teams, there are several teams who are fully verified with both AAU memberships and NSID's - A huge thank you for completing those timely! However, we have a large majority that have not completed their processes. Please be sure you are completing everything prior to the following deadlines.

Hello Coaches,

Thank you for your patience, the schedule has been updated. Please revisit the schedule to review the changes.

Please be sure you are completing all the necessary steps. Check-in will be a very quick and smooth process if you have everything below done prior to arriving at check in.

Check-in will start Friday at 9:00am @ the Marriott World Center. (exact room details will be given later next week) For the teams who check in early and arrive before 3:00 pm we are giving away ESE shirts for the players as a thank you.

Warm-Up Balls: Coaches will provide their own warm up balls. We will only provide a game ball. On the exposure website under documents we will attach the tournament rules so you can all be prepared.

Rosters are pre-printed and at the score table prior to your game. Those are the official score sheets, no additions will be made. Any jersey number changes NEED to be made during check in or needs to be approved by the Director (Rob Fessler) only. Please sign in to your Exposure account and ensure all your players have their current AAU membership numbers and jersey numbers in the system. Teams will get up to 3 wristbands for coaching staff, only coaches in Exposure with their AAU membership ID's will receive a band and be able to sit on the bench. Rosters will lock Wednesday, March 27th at 9am.

NSID: ALLplayers MUST have their NSID verification completed. Coaches DO NOT need to be verified, but the team must have a fully verified printed roster or individual player cards to present at check-in. The NSID verified roster must be placed on the score table for each game. NSID is not optional, it is required for each player. If their verification is not complete they will not be permitted to play.

Hotel Room Link expires today, the guaranteed rate will go up to over $300 once the link expires. If you have not reserved and wish to, now is the time to do so. All overnight guests will receive discounted parking and in/out privledges and access to the pools and resort activities.
