Hello Coaches,

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your families. We are excited for the next two days of basketball. We did have two teams drop out of the event last night so there will be minor changes to the game schedule. Please check your schedule on Exposure Events between tonight and tomorrow.

Home team is the bottom team. Please bring both sets of jerseys just in case.

All games will be live stream on Livebarn.com

Spectator fee will be $25/daily. Please let your parents and fans know.

Lastly, please rememeber to bring your own balls to warm up. Game balls will be provided.

Please let your parents and fans know that only day passes are available for $25. Kids 8 and under will be $5. Only cash, debit/credit cards will be accepted. No cash-app, Venmo, Zelle, or any forms of payments will be accepted.

The home team will be responsible to provide someone for the table to take stats. We will provide game balls for all games. Please bring your own balls to warm up.

This is the week of the Natioanl HoopFeast Thanksgiving Tournament. We're excited to host you and your team for Thanksgiving. The schedule has been finalized and there will be no more changes. Please check your game time and the court you play on. Please report to the gym two hours before your game time to check in. If you haven’t already please send me your final rosters with all players and team personel. If a player or coach is not on the roster they will be sent to general admissions.

If you haven't already, please send me a copy of your rosters and coaching staff, including statisticians or anyone that's media personel for your team. If you are having trouble submitting it through exposure events you can email it to me. We want the check in process to be smooth this year. If a team personel or player is not on your roster they will have to go through general admissions.

Hello coaches,

We're in the process of revising the schedule with team accomadations. For the most part there won't be alot of changes. Final revision will be finish by tomorrow. Please check to make sure everyhing is good to go.

Also, if your rosters are final you can email me a copy of it. It was brought to my attention that it was difficult for some of you to upload your rosters through expousure events. We're looking forward to a great event. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thank you for registering your team for the 2nd annual National HoopFeast Thanksgiving Tournament. We're a little over two months away and excited to host you and your team for thanksgiving. This event is expected to reach capacity. Last year we had over 110 teams from all over the country competing under one roof.

The official game schedule will be released October 29th, a month before the event starts. If you have any requests please let me know in advance as we will do our best to accommodate everyone.

This year we have partnered with Travel Teams for hotel accommodations. They will get you the best rates for you, your team, and family members planning to attend the event. Any questions or concerns please let me know.
