Rosters were locked last night at 9 PM, but we are temporarily reopening them for any last-minute changes due to multiple requests for uniform adjustments.

📌 Roster Guidelines:
✔️ Ensure ALL players' first and last names are listed correctly.
✔️ Double-check jersey numbers for accuracy.
✔️ Max 13 players per team.
✔️ Players may play in their grade or “up” a grade but cannot play in multiple divisions of the same grade.
✔️ Players must commit to one team for the weekend. The first team they check in with will be considered their official team.

📌 NSID Verification & Check-In:
✅ All players MUST have NSID verification printed and presented at coaches' check-in.

The schedule is now live! 🎉 We appreciate your patience as we worked to accommodate the overwhelming support and participation for Eric’s March Madness Memorial Tournament. This event is incredibly special to us, and we wanted to ensure that every team that wanted to honor Eric had the opportunity to do so.

📌 Schedule Changes:
Please make the schedule work—with so many teams participating, there is truly no room for adjustments unless there is an absolute dire emergency.

🎟️ Spectator Tickets:
Tickets are available for pre-purchase online via the link below and will also be sold at the door (single-day entry only). Cash purchases will avoid credit card processing fees and will allow spectators to enter much faster. We are expecting a large crowd showing love for Eric, so plan accordingly!

We have reserved a few courts on Friday evening at Game Point Event Center to accommodate as many teams as possible.

Special Friday Night Raffle! Teams playing Friday will be entered into an exclusive raffle.

Spectator Entry for Friday Only: $5 cash ($6 for card or Tap to Pay).
Limited Friday Spots Available – Please respond by Sunday at 1 PM if your team is available.

Eric's March Madness Memorial Tournament is officially almost sold out! Due to overwhelming support, we have opened a waiting list and are actively working to secure a second facility to accommodate additional teams.

The outpouring of support from teams, families, and vendors has been truly incredible. We appreciate each of you for making this event a special tribute to Eric.

📅 Important Dates & Deadlines:
🔹 Payment Deadline: March 14th
✔️ If you prefer to pay via invoice, please contact us (4% processing fee applies—lower than Exposure’s fees).
✔️ Zelle is also available with NO processing fees.

🔹 NSID Verification: All players must be verified—start the process ASAP if not already completed.

🔹 Roster Lock Date: March 26th at 9 PM
✔️ Ensure ALL players' first & last names + jersey numbers are listed in Exposure.
✔️ Any changes after March 26th must be made at coaches' check-in and will incur a roster change fee.

🔹 Pre-Printed Scoresheets
✔️ Scoresheets are pulled directly from Exposure. Only players updated before the roster lock date will appear on the official tournament sheets.
