All Games scheduled for Forest Paks Middle School on Sunday have been moved to Baker Middle School due to a floor issue at Forest Oaks. Times will not change

Good Morning,

Once again thank you for joining our annual All 4 Love Tournament, we expect it to be a great day of basketball. Attached are the rules for play (A printed copy will be at the Scoring Tables.

Please note the following:

- After every game, please check your schedule (https://basketball.exposureevents.com/231629/pvbl-all-4-love-tournament/schedule)
- Spectator Fee is $15/day and $25/weekend
- Players need to have there Jerseys on in order to enter at no Charge
- Up to 2 Coach Bands will be provided (Must be picked up at first game location for game)
- Games are expected to start on-time, so we appreciate you being ontime as well.
- Coaches please bring your 1st Aid Kit with you
- Many games on Sunday are based upon results from Saturday, which will be updated as we go during the day, but we are going to have it completed no later than 9:30 p.m. on Saturday night as that is when all the games will be concluded.

Sat Gym Access is very important. To ensure that the gyms are properly setup, please do not attempt to access the gyms before as follows:

- Montgomery Village Middle School - 8:45 am
- Shady Grove Middle School - 8:45 am
- Rocky HIll Middle School - 9:45 am
- John T. Baker Middle School - 9:45 am

There were some major changes due to errors. Please reveiw as soon as possible. We do appologise for the major changes, but we are trying to meet everyone's needs while trying to limit the wait time between games as much as possible.

In preparation for the tournamnet, please verify that you have registered your team appropriately. You can view the teams by clicking on the following link: https://basketball.exposureevents.com/231629/pvbl-all-4-love-tournament/teams. Teams who have illegal or illegible players, becuase they are playing in an incorrect grade / age bracket, will have their team disqualified from the tournament and will not be championship elligible.

Remember to have adequet proof of age and grade with you if it is requested.

First draft of the schedules will be out by Tuesday February 11, 2025 @ 10:00 pm. via the following link: https://basketball.exposureevents.com/231629/pvbl-all-4-love-tournament/schedule An email notification will be sent out after the draft schedules have been released accordingly. Majority of teams will have 2 games on Saturday. We will do our best to keep those games within 1-2 games of each other and avoid back to back games as much as possible. We will do our best as usual to incorporate scheduling requests that we received with your registration. As a reminder, if you made a scheduling request for Sunday, other than conflict because coaching multiple teams, then their is a chance that you may not be playing eligibility for a championship trophy as we might have to have you play your 3rd game outside of your division or championship run.

Specator Fee is $15. per day or $25./weekend.
Players need to arrive and have there uniform on in order to be admitted
Up to 2 Coaches admitted at no charge (Coaches will be required to check in at there first game location to get their bands)

Coaches are responsible for the conduct of their teams, spectators, staff, personnell etc. Coaches, please bring your basketballs and have your players leave there balls at home. Anyone acting inappropriately will be requested to leave accordingly.

Good Morning MoCo Kings and Onley Terps,

I do appologize, but I had to leave for an emergency on Sunday and returned just as you had left the gym.

The final from the tournament has you scored in a tie in the Win-Losses, so it comes down to points.

Please reveiw the scores for accuracy. I will make the determination today, but I wanted to make sure you had the opportunity to review your scores. Trophy pickup can be arranged for this weekend accordingly.

Per the phone request I received, at this point we can do one of two things, we can make a decision by points or you can play head to head Sunday at 4:00 pm.
