PVBL - March Madness Tournament

Good Morning,

It has just come to my attention that we failed to send an email update out and I do apologise. The final schedule was completed yesterday with minimal change. (https://basketball.exposureevents.com/231630/pvbl-march-madness-tournament/schedule). Barring any emergency, we don't forsee any changes being done today? But if any are done, the actually teams will be notified.

Coaches, please remember to check-in at your first game in order to get your weekend band.
Spectator Fee is $15/day or $25/Weekend.(Children under 8 are free)

This will be our primary way of contact during the tournament as it is the most efficient way to get a global message out.

Good Morning,

The 1st Draft of this weekend's March Madness Schedue has been uploaded. You can access it via the following link: https://basketball.exposureevents.com/231630/pvbl-march-madness-tournament/schedule We expect the final draft should be completed no later than Thursday. Hopefully there will not be too many changes. Due to the size of the tournament and the scheduling requests, some teams will have 2 games on Sat and one on Sunday and others will have 1 on Sat and 2 on Sunday.

If you should find an error in the schedule, please email it to info@pvbl.org, so that it can be checked. We will also be reveiwing the schedule for possible updates.

Thank you for joining the annual March Madness Tournament. 90% of the information that you seek is available on the Tournament website (https://basketball.exposureevents.com/231630/pvbl-march-madness-tournament)

In preparation for the tournamnet, please verify that you have registered your team appropriately. You can view the teams by clicking on the following link: https://basketball.exposureevents.com/231630/pvbl-march-madness-tournament/teams. Teams who have illegal or illegible players, becuase they are playing in an incorrect grade / age bracket, will have their team disqualified from the tournament and will not be championship elligible.

Remember to have adequet proof of age and grade with you if it is requested.

First draft of the schedules will be out by Tuesday February 25, 2025 @ 10:00 pm (at latest 8:00 am on Wed.). via the following link: https://basketball.exposureevents.com/231630/pvbl-march-madness-tournament/schedule An email notification will be sent out after the draft schedules have been released accordingly. We will do our best to keep those games within 1-2 games of each other. We will do our best as usual to incorporate scheduling requests that we received with your registration. As a reminder, if you made a scheduling request for Sunday, other than conflict because coaching multiple teams, then their is a chance that you may not be playing eligibility for a championship trophy as we might have to have you play your 3rd game outside of your division or championship run. - Specator Fee is $15. per day.
-Players need to arrive and have there uniform on in order to be admitted
-Up to 2 Coaches admitted at no charge (Coaches will be required to check in at there first game location to get their bands)

Coaches are responsible for the conduct of their teams, spectators, staff, personnell etc. Coaches, please bring your basketballs and have your players leave there balls at home. Anyone acting inappropriately will be requested to leave accordingly.

We will have a light consession at some of the locations.
