PVBL - Summer Jam II

Good morning,

We once again appologize for the heat, unfortunately it is completely out of our control. We have reported it accordingly to the School administration and they will update if any updates occur.

Coaches and Spectators must have their bands in order to enter. No replacement or additional band will be distributed. Players must have their Jersey on in order to enter. Payment will be required to enter if you do not have your band or Jersey.

Trophies will be distributed accordingly after the last game of each division. If you are the championship team, please move into the hall opposite the Entry table in order to receive your trophies and get your picture taken. Please allow us time to confirm the final also

Please note the following:
- Coaches are responsible, for their staff, team, and spectators
- Coaches please have the benches cleared of trash prior to leaving
- Gyms will be available no earlier than 9:45 a.m. on each morning
- We would appreceiate it the coaches kept all of the basketballs under their control.
- We will have light consessions for the weekend, but their are many eating establishments close by. (No FOOD or Drinks in the GYMS)
- Standings ties are decided by Wins/Losses, points, scored, and then finally by Coin toss as a standard

Recorded games will be available to view on the Potomac Valley Basketball Facebook Page. The videos will be uploaded over the next few days!

Good Morning,

Thank you for joining our annual Summer Jam II tournament that is scheduled for June 28-29, 2025. We really appreceiate you joining.

The 1st Draft of Saturday's schedule has been completed. We have attempted to get everyone's scheduling requests in to the best of our ability. Please note that this is the 1st draft and that the schedule will change between now and Thursday at 9:00 pm, when we are scheduled to finalize the schedule. We will be working on Sunday's 1st draft today. The schedule can be accessed via the Exposure Event app or via the web using the following link: https://basketball.exposureevents.com/231632/pvbl-summer-jam-ii/schedule. All Schedules will be updated on the same areas. We appreceiate your patience during the process.

If you see an error in your schedule or have any concerns, please email info@pvbl.org so the scheduler(s) can reveiw it accordingly and attempt to fix it before the final draft.

Please note the following:

- Players must be wearing there uniforms in order to enter
- Gyms will be available no earlier than 9:45 a.m. on each morning
- We would appreceiate it the coaches kept all of the basketballs under their control.
- We will have light consessions for the weekend, but their are many eating establishments close by. (No FOOD or Drinks in the GYMS)
- A link will be sent out by Thursday with a request to update your Rosters for those who wish to compelte the rosters online.
