HELLO RECRUIT WISCONSIN DIRECTORS/COACHES!

(And families! We are including families because of this tight timeline and want to make sure no Director or Coach misses these deadlines)

Thank you for registering for our 6th annual Hardwood Hustle event this 2025 summer!

We know a lot of you might be tuned down during this HS heavy time period, but we wanted to make sure that you had a timeliine in advance of our deadlines to keep everyone on the same page.

Our *TENTATIVE Scheduling Plan is as follows:

- Tuesday, June 17th 12pm - Divisions will be set for review
- Tuesday, June 17th 5pm - DIV adjustments & Specific Scheduling requests DUE
- Thursday, June 19th 9am - DRAFT of SCHEDULE released for review
- Thursday, June 19th 12pm - Feedback of any conflicts/issues from Draft is Due
- Friday, June 20th 5pm - FINAL RW SCHEDULE WILL BE POSTED

For this live period we are only taking the following schedule requests:
- Head Coaches coaching multiple teams
- Time requests for teams traveliing Longer Distances

*We appreciate you being flexible to make sure that we run a smooth tournament for everyone involved and we schedule the best we can for the college coaches in our venue!

We are asking for either of these type of schedule requests to be made by Tuesday, June 17th, 5pm.

Please make sure you specify

- Boys or Girls
- Grad class
- Team name
- Exactly what you need (time, day, situation)

We want to make sure to assign restrictions to the correct teams.

We can't promise we can meet everyone's requests but we will work to do so.

Directors and coaches,

Recruit Wisconsin 2025 is less than 2 weeks away! With that being said, we have some action steps that need to be taken in preperation. (We are working on scheduling now and will get you more scheduling information in the coming days).

HOTELS
We have conveniently provided great hotel options for you and your families! Click this link (Site Search) to view the Appleton area hotels where we have rooms blocked. You can reserve individual rooms or blocks right from our Site Search engine. If the hotel link expires or shows no vacancies, please email Elizabeth at admin@sitesearchllc.com so she can give you personal service for you and your teams.

ATHLETE CHECK-IN
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST FILL OUT THIS FORM (Athlete Check-In Form)! Coaches and directors, please send this form out ahead of time so families can complete this requirement to ease the check in process.

ROSTERS
All team rosters must be submitted by Wednesday, June 25th at 12:00PM at the latest. To simplify the process this year, please complete the attached "Recruit Wisconsin Roster Template". Once submitted, our Blaze team will handle the rest and input all information into the event system.

Please follow the submission instructions carefully to ensure your roster is processed correctly and on time.

ROSTER DETAILS ARE CONFIDENTIAL AND WILL NOT BE USED OUTSIDE THE SOLE PURPOSE OF TOURNAMENT SCORESHEETS AND COLLEGE COACH RECRUITMENT PACKETS.

We MUST have roster details to:
1. Pick Power Players!
2. Confirm rosters are aligned and competitive between teams
3. Ensure all players who attend games can be accounted for and are of the correct age/grade for each division (yes, people have tried to cheat, and it’s not allowed at Blaze!)
4. Print complete score sheets (names and numbers) for each game to deter any ineligible player from attending and avoid delays of any games.
5. Provide 14u to 17u athletes the ability to capitalize on recruitment opportunities with college coaches in attendance at our tournament.

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
**Please use the template attached to this message to enter all roster information. Email your roster spreadsheet to team@blaze365.com and we will upload them into your team page for you. Include the AAU club name, team name, and age group with each roster file.**

Please complete ONE template PER TEAM. If you are submitting rosters for multiple teams, please complete multiple individual templates.

For teams 9U-13U:

For all teams 14U (8th grade) and OLDER, we require more detailed information so we can provide SportsRecruits the necessary details to create the athlete profiles for the Event Beacon app. College coaches will utilize this app before, during, and after the tourney.
