We are pleased to inform you that the highly anticipated 3rd Annual HoopFeast Tournament is scheduled to commence tomorrow, promising an exciting weekend of basketball.

Please be advised that minor revisions have been made to the tournament schedule. For the most current and accurate game times and court assignments, we kindly request that all teams consult the Exposure Events app immediately.

Mandatory team check-in procedures must be completed by all participating teams. To ensure a smooth process and avoid any delays, please ensure your team arrives at the facility a minimum of two hours prior to your scheduled game time for check-in.

Teams are responsible for supplying their own basketballs for warm-up activities before each game. Additionally, the designated home team for each game is responsible for providing the official game ball, as well as assigning personnel to manage either the scorebook or the shot clock at the scorer's table. Our event staff will be present at each scorer's table, with two dedicated members per table, to assist with clock operations.

We are delighted to announce an exciting partnership with NFL professional Nelson Agholor and his esteemed company, Provision. This collaboration will provide complimentary pre-game preparation and post-game recovery treatments, conveniently located at the rear of the facility, for all athletes throughout the tournament.

We eagerly anticipate a weekend filled with exceptional basketball and competition. Your participation is highly valued, and we look forward to a memorable tournament experience for everyone involved.

We are writing to you today to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support and understanding. We also wish to extend our apologies for the multiple scheduling adjustments that have occurred recently. These changes were necessitated by unforeseen circumstances beyond our immediate control. We are pleased to confirm that the tournament schedule has now been finalized and is completely current.

For immediate access to your team's specific game times, court assignments, and opponent details, please refer to the updated information available on the Exposure app.

To ensure the smooth operation of all games, please note the following essential logistical requirements:
* **Warm-up Equipment:** All participating teams are responsible for providing their own basketballs for warm-up sessions.
* **Home Team Responsibilities:** The designated "home" team for each game is tasked with supplying a qualified individual to manage either the scorebook or the shot clock. Additionally, the home team is responsible for providing the official game ball.
* **Shot Clock Usage:** A shot clock will be available for use at all games. However, its activation for a particular match requires mutual agreement from both coaches prior to the start of the game.

Regarding spectator admission, please kindly inform parents and supporters that the entry fee will be $30 per person, per day, payable at the door. We can accept payments via cash or Apple Pay. Please note that we are unable to process payments through Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo.

For the well-being of all athletes, we will have two certified trainers on-site throughout the event. They will be available to assist players with any pre-game preparation or post-game recovery needs. The dedicated training room is conveniently located at the rear of the facility.

As HoopFeast rapidly approaches, we wish to provide you with essential final details to ensure a smooth and successful tournament experience for all participants.

Please be advised that the official game schedule has been finalized and will not undergo any further revisions. For all live and current updates throughout the tournament, kindly utilize the **Exposure app exclusively**. We must emphasize that MaxPreps should not be referenced, as recent logistical adjustments pertaining to accommodations have resulted in changes that are solely reflected within the Exposure platform.

It is imperative that all teams submit their complete rosters promptly, if not already done so. Please ensure that your submission includes all active coaches who will be present on your bench. For clarity, only individuals formally listed on your active roster will be granted access to the team bench. Parents or family members are not allowed on the official roster and will be respectfully directed to general admission areas.

Regarding games, the team listed on the bottom of the schedule will serve as the home team, while the team listed on the top will be designated as the away team. The home team is responsible for providing a dedicated individual to manage the official scorebook at the scorer's table. Our staff will be present to operate both the shot clock and the game clock.

For warm-up activities, all participating teams are required to bring their own basketballs. The designated home team will be responsible for supplying the official game ball for each game.

To facilitate an efficient check-in process, we kindly request that all teams arrive a minimum of two hours prior to their scheduled game time. It is a mandatory requirement that all teams complete the check-in procedure before they will be permitted to compete.

To ensure you receive the most current information throughout the tournament, we kindly request that all coaches and team personnel download the official "Exposure Event" application. This essential tool, available on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, is crucial for receiving real-time updates regarding game scores, schedules, and venue locations. We did have a few teams drop out last minute so we had to make some small changes to the schedule. The updated game schedule is now LIVE!!!

It is imperative that official rosters, including all participating players and coaching staff, be submitted via email at your earliest convenience if you have not already done so. Prompt submission of these documents will significantly assist in streamlining the upcoming check-in process.

Please be advised that mandatory team check-in will be enforced for all participating teams prior to the tournament. To maintain the integrity of the event and ensure proper accreditation, any player or coaching staff member not officially listed on your submitted roster will be required to obtain general admission for entry.
