Sample Waiver and Release of Liability I acknowledge that participation in this activity or event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, or death. I voluntarily choose to participate and fully accept all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable. In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the organizers, event operators, facility owners, sponsors, affiliates, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including those resulting from negligence, except where prohibited by law. I agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages I may sustain and certify that I am physically able to participate. I understand that medical treatment may be necessary and authorize event staff to obtain emergency medical care on my behalf if needed, at my own expense. I further grant permission for photographs, video, or other media captured during the event to be used for promotional or informational purposes without compensation. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver and agree to its terms voluntarily and without coercion.
