We are monitoring the weather closely. As of 7:40 PM EST, the tournament is still on as scheduled. We will update everyone immediately if anything changes.

Please also recheck your schedule, as we’ve had to make a few adjustments due to teams withdrawing because of weather concerns.

We’re excited to kick off our Holiday Hoopfest Tournament. Please review the important details below to help us keep everything running smoothly and on schedule.

Please check the final schedule. We moved the original times back one hour in order to give everyone a little more time in case of inclimate weather. We are keeping an eye on the conditions and if status changes, we'll let everyone know immediately. Right now, we are confident that the tournament will move forward as scheduled.

Admission prices:
Adult (18+): $10
Senior (55+): $5
Youth (7–17): $5
6 & Under: Free


Coach Check-In Policy

Each team is permitted two (2) approved coach passes.
All coaches must check in at the Coaches Table before entering the gym.
The Coaches Table is located directly next to the Admission Table.
Coaches may not walk past the Admission Table until they have checked in and received their wristbands.


If a coach cannot locate the Coaches Table, they must ask the Admission staff for assistance.


Concessions
Our concession stand will be open all day, serving drinks, snacks, and pizza throughout the event.
