2025 USSSA Virginia Summer East Coast Championship (Winchester Sportsplex)

A majority of the teams in the event are traveling distances. Schedule requests were honored in the order they were received and as many as possible. I will be unable to modify any playing times for preferences.

I will send an additional email this evening with tournament details, parking, spectator info, etc once everyone has a chance to see the schedule email.

I sent an email link to submit rosters to any team that doesn't have a roster already submitted. Rosters are due by 4pm Friday. If your roster is not entered by then you will not be able to check in Saturday.

Thank you for registering for the event! The schedule and all other details about the event will be released Thursday. Thursday is our standard for communication.

Any inquiries about the event won't be responded to until after information is sent Thursday. My staff and I are hard at work using this time to prepare and make sure your teams have a great event.
