By registering and participating in the We Got Game basketball tournament, all teams, coaches, players, parents, and spectators agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Registration & Roster Verification • All teams must complete registration through the official Exposure event link. • Each team is required to submit a full roster through National Sports ID (NSID) for player age/grade verification. • Only NSID-verified players will be allowed to participate—no exceptions. • Players must be listed on the submitted and approved roster prior to the first game. •Any ineligible player or use of an unverified roster may result in immediate disqualification with no refund. 2. Game Format & Rules • Tournament guarantees each team 3 games minimum (2 pool play + 1 elimination round). • Brackets and schedules are subject to change at the discretion of the tournament director for competitive balance or unforeseen conflicts. • All games will follow We Got Game official rules, which will be distributed to all coaches prior to the event. 3. Conduct Expectations • All players, coaches, and spectators are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times. • Fighting, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in ejection from the tournament venue and/or banning from future events. • Coaches are responsible for the conduct of their teams and parents. 4. Refund Policy • No refunds will be issued for teams that drop out within 14 days of the event. • If a team drops before the 14-day window, a partial refund may be considered (minus processing fees). • If the tournament is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, facility closure), teams may receive a partial or full credit toward a future event. 5. Media Rights & Photography • By participating, all players and attendees agree to be photographed and filmed by Astro Hoopz and approved tournament media personnel. • We Got Game reserves the right to use all images and footage for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation. 6. Liability Waiver • We Got Game, Astro Hoopz, The Player’s Tribe, the host venue, and affiliated staff are not liable for injuries, lost items, or accidents that occur during the event. • Participation is at your own risk. Teams are advised to carry their own insurance coverage. 7. Facility Policy • No outside food or drink is allowed in the gym (unless otherwise stated). • Only water is permitted on the court sidelines. • Teams are responsible for cleaning their benches after games. 8. Final Authority • The Tournament Director reserves the right to make final decisions on all disputes, scheduling changes, and disciplinary actions. • All decisions made by tournament staff are final and non-negotiable. By submitting your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all We Got Game Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in team disqualification or removal from the event.

By registering or attending, you agree to the following: Information We Collect We collect basic registration details (player, team, coach, and parent contact information) to manage scheduling, communication, and event operations. Payment data is processed securely through Exposure Events or Square — we do not store credit or debit card information. Media & Photography All participants and attendees grant We Got Game, its affiliates, and media partners (such as Astro Hoopz and The Player’s Tribe) permission to capture and use photos, videos, and highlights from the event for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. If you wish to opt out, email info@threethehardway.org before the event date. Data Use Your information is used strictly for: • Event organization and communication • Marketing future We Got Game tournaments (opt-out available) • Safety, compliance, and tournament reporting We do not sell or share your information with unrelated third parties. Refund Policy

We Got Game: The Intro – Refund Policy Event Date: February 7, 2026 Organizer: Three The Hard Way Events, LLC All registration sales for We Got Game events are final. Because each tournament requires advance scheduling, staffing, and facility commitments, no refunds will be issued after registration is completed. Refund Eligibility Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions: • The event is canceled in full by the organizer. • A written withdrawal request is submitted at least 14 days prior to the event start date and approved by We Got Game management. Approved refunds will be issued minus a $25 administrative fee to cover processing costs. No-Show & Disqualification Policy • Teams that do not show or withdraw less than 14 days before the event will forfeit their full registration fee. • No refunds will be given for disqualifications, ejections, or schedule adjustments due to rule violations or team conflicts. Event Changes We Got Game reserves the right to adjust divisions, schedules, or locations as needed due to team count, facility availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
