TIME REQUESTS NEED TO BE ENTERED BEFORE SUBMITTING THE REGISTRATION. TIME REQUEST AFTER REGISTRATION WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF THEY ARE REQUESTED BY EMAIL. TEXT REQUESTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED WHEN SCHEDULING GAMES. PLEASE ADD BOTH COACHES WHO ACTUALLY COACH THE TEAMS. IF YOU REGISTER THE TEAM BUT ARE NOT THE COACH PLEASE DO NOT LIST YOURSELF AS THE COACH. IF YOU HAVE A SECOND COACH PLEASE ADD THEIR INFO ALSO. ***Payment in advance is required to be added to the game schedule.*** Payment arrangements can be made but are conditional and must be requested by email. Texts in regards to payment will not be recorded as a payment arrangement. Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated. People who exhibit unsportsmanlike conduct will be asked to leave and will not be refunded. This goes for teams, players, coaches, and fans. Teams who exhibit unsportsmanlike conduct may not be asked back to play with HSSE and entry fees will not be refunded. Gate fees will not be refunded to fans or parents who are asked to leave due to unsportsmanlike conduct.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued to teams, coaches, or fans who are asked to leave due to behavior. Registration fees are refundable if requested before the last day to pay or a credit for another event can also be applied. If the schedule has been released there will be no refund or credits given. Any refund requests after the last day to pay will be applied as credits for a future event as long as it is before the schedule is released. Please send questions to HSSEbasketball@gmail.com.
