2026 USSSA Virginia State Championship (Virginia Tech Campus) Schedule

As noted, we will have a zero tolerance atmosphere and campus police will remove offenders from the campus for any escalated issues.

Please make extra note of the parking information to avoid parking tickets.

***Please note, some divisions do move into initial phase of bracket play on Saturday due to the campus having facilities down and an event later Saturday that we need to clear out earlier for. Please be sure to check your schedule.

There were 22 schedule requests with 60 teams in the event. Efforts were made to accommodate as many as possible. Thank you for your flexibility.

Information for spectators be sent in a separate email this evening.

Presale available for event shirts & hoodies until 5pm Thursday. Both the dri-fit and regular tshirts will have all team names on the back. Hoodies available also.

Thank you for being a part of the USSSA VA State Championship.

Schedule:
You can expect to receive the schedule no later than Thursday. We will be unable to respond to any inquiries about the schedule until it is released.

Rosters:
Rosters are due in the Exposure system by Thursday at 7pm. If your roster is in Exposure already and accurate, no action needed. We will send a roster link to everyone tonight, even if we have a roster in the system for you to review accuracy. The email will state "Roster Management"

Rosters will need to include up to 2 coaches that will receive coach bands, and the player first/last name and jersey number of every player playing.

******We will not make any "day of" edits to the coach check in sheet or rosters/scoresheets.

*******If a coach isn't on the check in sheet, they will have to pay to get in.

*******If a player isn't on the roster, they won't be able to play.

*******It is a state championship event and zero flexibility for any reason.

Additional event info:
Additional information will be sent over the next couple days, including information for spectators, facility rules and locations, etc. Please be sure to check your email and spam folders every day for updates.

Hotel:
We didn't partner with a hotel this year. We weren't offered any rate for our guests any lower than the discount sites, so please feel free to choose your own accomidations.
