Terms and Conditions Please make players and parents aware of the procedures to help all involved have a fun and stress-free experience. 1) Teams are Guaranteed Three (3) games during regular tournament play, and can receive up to Five (5) or more games based on advancement during tournament. 2) Registration fees must be received by the due date upon their deposit. All fees due June 1st, 2026 and to be made via e-transfer to info@tg4lifesports.com along with your team name. 3) Tournament will be held Thursday, June 25th to Sunday, June 28th 2026. 4) Registration deadline is June 1st, 2026. Team rosters and registration fees must be received by this deadline; absolutely no teams will be accepted after this date. 5) Only players and coaches listed on the registration form will be allowed to participate in gameplay. All others will be required to pay an entry fee and will not be allowed to participate in the game. 6) All spectators will be required to pay an entry fee for the tournament. 7) To avoid the conflict of teams playing in identical colours, each team must be equipped with an extra set of t-shirts or jerseys with alternate colours. 8) There is a zero tolerance policy on verbal aggression/violence by parents, coaches and/or players. 9) Absolutely no refunds.
