As we prepare for a great weekend of basketball, please take a moment to review our event Rules and Regulations. These rules will be posted at every game table on each court throughout the tournament.

We ask that all coaches, players, and spectators familiarize themselves with these guidelines to help ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.

Good Evening Everyone,

We are proud to have all of you participating in our annual Big E's Showtyme Classic. With over 140 teams registered, we appreciate your patience as we have worked diligently to accommodate requests and navigate scheduling restrictions. We understand that it is impossible to please everyone, but please know that we have done our very best to create the best experience possible for all teams involved.

The schedule is now available; however, we ask that you please check again tomorrow early afternoon to confirm all game times. With an event of this size, adjustments may need to be made, and we will work hard to ensure everything is as accurate as possible.

We also encourage all coaches, players, and parents to download the Showtyme Classic App. Having the app will allow you to receive important notifications, schedule updates, and other event-related information throughout the weekend.

We are looking forward to a great event this weekend and truly appreciate the support from everyone attending. Below is some important information that we ask you to share with your players and parents.

Team Check-In Information

Duncanville Fieldhouse will serve as the main tournament hub for team check-in.

Teams playing games on Friday and/or early 8 a.m. Saturday morning at Trinity Basin Preparatory may check in and pick up their team folder and coaching bands at Trinity Basin.
Teams with games scheduled at Trinity Basin after 10:00 AM on Saturday must check in at Duncanville Fieldhouse prior to their first game.
Please allow yourself plenty of time to complete the check-in process and arrive at your games on time.

Duncanville Fieldhouse Entrance Procedures

Coaches, players, and media members should enter through the side entrance of Duncanville Fieldhouse.

Spectators and parents should enter through the front entrance.

Athletic Trainer

An athletic trainer will be on-site at Duncanville Fieldhouse throughout the event to assist with any injuries or medical needs that may arise from any location

Payment Deadline: All event payments must be received no later than Tuesday as we will like to hace schedule done and ready Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning at the latest.
