We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the11th Annual National Tune Up- D1spects Super Regional. Here is some information that will help make you trip more enjoyable.

SCHEDULE IS NOW POSTED

1. REGISTRATION:All teams must send a representative (NO PLAYERS) to pick up your tournament package at the gym of your first game.No coaches passes will be issued at any other gym.

2.ROSTER:. We will issue pre printed score sheets for your convenience. After the roster is turned in. No additions can be made to the roster.ROSTERS MUST BE COMPLETED BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS - 6/6

3.GAME BALLS:Home team will provide Game balls for game play only. You may bring your own balls to warm up with.

4.SCHEDULE- Schedule will be emailed on June 6 before noon. Please do not call about the schedule. We will email you once it is completed.

5. Championship Brackets: TBD

AWARDS:Trophies will be issued for Gold Champions and Runners up - T- Shirts will be given to players and coaches for Champions and Runners up in the Gold Division Only.

NATIONAL QUALIFIER:Top two teams in each age divison qualify to participate in the Always Live: Super 100 National Championship @ Birmingham , Al June 28-30

6.Coachs Attire: Coaches must were either a Coaches shirt with a collar or Team t-shirt with team name on it. Shorts are acceptable. NO FLIP FLOPS.

PLAYERS MUST HAVE UNIFORMS ON PRIOR TO ENTERING THE GYM!!

7. GAME TIME is GAME TIME ... 15 min grace period will be given. The team that is late will be penalized a point for every minute late. Clock will be running clock should the game start 15 minutes late.


8. Code of Conduct:Please be advised that taunting , unruly actions , badgering , or any defamatory remarks directed at the referees or opposing team will not be tolerated.On the first occurrence a warning will be given to the bench On the 2nd occurrence, a technical foul will be assessed and the parent or parents will be removed from the game and not permitted to return. This is youth sports and we expect our parents, coaches and players to be on there best behavior. Don’t cost your team the game by Exhibiting poor behaviors

9.Protest:All protest must be made during pool play. No protest will be heard during bracket play. $100 protest fee, non refundable . If you do not have your books or supporting documents , you lose the protest and the games the player played in.

10. Players with in the same program can play on multiple teams as long as there names have been submitted on the event official roster. If they are not on the official roster they can not play. Players must meet age requirments.

Elementary (1st- 6th) - 14 minute halves - Clock stops, 1 and 1 on 7 fouls , 5 time outs

• Teams must provide their own warm up balls
• Home team wears light colored uniforms (top of bracket)
• Visitor team wears dark colored uniforms
• Home team sits to the left of scorers table
• Visitor teams sits to the right of scorers table
• Each team will warm up on the end opposite its bench
• Twenty (20) point second half mercy rule
• Two man referee crews
• Players foul out of the game on their 5th foul
• Overtime Rules - All Divisions
• Two (2) minute running clock
• Clock stops only on shooting fouls and timeouts
• One (1) timeout in overtime-timeouts do not carry over into overtime

Registration:  TEAMS MUST PICK UP THERE PACKAGES AT THE GYM OF FIRST GAME . PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP AT THE GYM WITH OUT YOUR CREDENTIALS. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY!!!

TIEBREAKER RULE
All Divisions 1) If two teams are tied, the tiebreaker is decided by head-to- head competition. 2) If more than two teams are tied, the tiebreaker is decided by the point differentials of only the teams involved (15 point cap per game). The highest number receives the higher seed and the second highest will receive the next lower seed, ect. 3) If more than two are tied after using the above tiebreaker formula, the point differential of the teams not involved in the tie are added and recalculated (15 point cap per game).

A full set of rules will be posted as we get closer to the start date.

GRADE BASED COMPETITION RULES
2ND GRADE
 – An athlete must be in the 2nd grade or below as of October 1, 2018 and can be no older than 9 on August 31, 2019.

3RD GRADE – An athlete must be in the 3rd grade or below as of October 1, 2018 and can be no older than 10 on August 31, 2019.

4TH GRADE – An athlete must be in the 4th grade or below as of October 1, 2018 and can be no older than 11 on August 31, 2019.

5TH GRADE – An athlete must be in the 5th grade or below as of October 1, 2018 and can be no older than 12 on August 31, 2019.

6TH GRADE – An athlete must be in the 6th grade or below as of October 1, 2018 and can be no older than 13 on August 31, 2019.

7TH GRADE – An athlete must be in the 7th grade or below as of October 1, 2018 and can be no older than 14 on August 31, 2019.

8TH GRADE – An athlete must be in the 8th grade or below as of October 1, 2018 and can be no older than 15 on August 31, 2019.

HIGH SCHOOL COMPETITION RULES

15U/9TH GRADE – An athlete can be no older than 15 on August 31, 2019. Grade Exception: An athlete who is in the 9th Grade as of October 1, 2018 and who is no older than 16 on August 31, 2019

16U/10TH GRADE – An athlete can be no older than 16 on August 31, 2019. Grade Exception: An athlete who is in the 10th Grade as of October 1, 2018 and who is no older than 17 on August 31, 2019

17U/11TH GRADE – An athlete can be no older than 17 on August 31, 2019. Grade Exception: An athlete who is in the 11th Grade as of October 1, 2018 and who is no older than 18 on August 31, 2019

19U/12TH GRADE – An athlete can be no older than 19 on August 31, 20189. Grade Exception: An athlete who is in the 12th Grade as of October 1, 2018 and who is no older than 20 on August 31, 2019
