All team media will be considered as coach/admin on your team. They must be listed on your roster and have an AAU membership. CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE. They will recieve a coach’s credential allowing them court access to cover your team. 4 Coaches max per roster.
Any unlisted media personnel will be expected to pay the spectator admission at the door and must stay in the spectator area, especially at Disney ESPN Wide World of Sports.
If you want any of your content to be shared or reposted on social media you must include the any of these AAU logo ("Memorial Day event" logo, "It All Starts Here" logo, "AAU Girls" logo). Your team logo can be included as well.

Team Registration will be at both venues. All Coaches must check-in team prior to your first game. Where you play first is where you register.
PLAYERS are NOT REQUIRED to come to registration. However, they must meet with the coach to receive your credentials. Players cannot enter playing area without it.
If you check-in at OCCC first, whenever you play/coach at Disney ESPN WWS, you will need to do a quick check-in at Disney Northeast Pavillion to submit waivers and get credentials before you enter the Sports Complex.

Coaches & Directors,
All COACHES and ALL PLAYERS on your roster must have an AAU Membership to participate! We allow a max of 15 Players and 4 Coaches per roster.

Deadline for all roster is Tuesday, May 19th, 2026 at 11:59pm est.
Roster must include:
- First and Last Name
- Jersey Number
- AAU ID Number
Please input AAU membership numbers into roster on Exposure to pre-verify athletes/coaches.
Next, please include the JERSEY NUMBERS FOR ALL PLAYERS. This is imperative, as we will be pre-printing score sheets before every game. Rosters will lock after your first game. If jersey numbers are incorrect to start the game, one technically foul shot may be accessed for every incorrect number.

This is an official AAU licensed event hosted by AAU Headquarters. AAU Memberships are REQUIRED to participate. We will verify at registration before game play.

This is a requirement by the Disney ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in order to participate in any events held specifically on Disney property. It's imperative that you print and sign waivers prior to the tournament start date.
A wavier must be signed for every active person on the roster. That includes first and last name for each COACH and every ATHELETE!

All waivers will be physically collected at registration. EACH COACH MUST TURN IN THEIR OWN WAVIER. YOU CANNOT TURN SUBMIT WAVIERS FOR OTHER COACHES.
