NCAA CERTIFIED (9th-11th Grade)

ADULT ADMISSION = $15 DAILY OR A $35 WEEKEND PASS (OFFERED ON FRIDAY) OR A $25 WEEKEND PASS (OFFERED ON SATURDAY)
YOUTH ADMISSION = $10 DAILY (5 YEARS OLD AND YOUNGER ARE FREE)
EVENT COACHES REGISTRATION:
*ALL HS (15U-17U) coaches MUST register FRIDAY at MSA FIELDHOUSE at least 45 minutes PRIOR to their first games
*ALL HS Coaches and Bench personnel MUST have their USAB Gold License and on the BBCS roster.
*ONLY Coaches with Coaching Bands will be allowed on the bench. NO EXCEPTIONS
*ALL 4th Grade thru 8th Grade coaches will be able to register at MSA FIELDHOUSE on Friday or Saturday.

EXPOSURE:
*The 2023 Brawl for the Ball will be covered by several recruiting services and media outlets
*College coaches D1, D2, D3, NAIA & JUCO will be in attendance
*We will have designated seating and a separate entrance for college coaches and media only. Please respect these areas.
*BallerTV will be LIVE streaming the games this weekend at most venues
SCHEDULE:
*The schedule will be posted on our tournament website and the Gym Rats App (downloading the Gym Rats App is encouraged)
*The schedule will be posted TUESDAY EVENING – July 11th
*We do NOT expect changes once the schedule is posted but PLEASE check the schedule again on Thursday for any updates.
*Any changes to first game times or locations made after 12:00 pm (noon) on Thursday will be communicated directly
BRAWL FOR THE BALL EVENT GUIDELINES:
Athletes, Coaches, Spectators, Media & Public:
– In an effort to help your experience in Grand Rapids be the best of the summer please be respectful of others
– Abusive language, rude or obnoxious behavior, or poor conduct will NOT be tolerated.
– If any parent, player or coach is displaying poor conduct they will be removed from the gym without warning and may not be allowed to return to the event.
– A separate College Coach and Media entrance and designated seating will be available at the 15U-17U facilities
– Parents and Players please be respectful and do not engage in seating in the areas designated for college coaches
EACH TEAM MUST PROVIDE A SCOREKEEPER/TIMEKEEPER
FIRST TEAM LISTED IS HOME/WEARS LIGHT JERSEYS
REFUND POLICY – NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Verify that this event is NCAA certified by visiting certified basketball events and summer leagues on the NCAA website.
All teams participating at an NCAA certified event must register online prior to reporting to participate in the event. Failure to register and submit all required information will result in a team being denied participation in all NCAA certified events. Coaches are expected to keep their online rosters updated.

All individuals who are involved in coaching activities at a NCAA certified event must renew their USA Basketball Coach License and be approved by the NCAA prior to participation in the event. This must be completed in order to sit on a bench at any NCAA certified event.
