Big South Nationals @ University of West Florida Documents

Good Morning

In 18 events this year we have had no issues such as last night.
It's unfortunate that we are even having to address any issue, on what was a great day of basketball except for one incident at the end of one game.

Both teams involved are banned and one of them is banned and will never be able to attend a Panhandle Basketball event again. We will also reach out and make sure our partners/Directors and let them know as well.

We want to remind you(Coaches, Spectators, Players), we have a ZERO tolerance policy on poor behavior, aggressive or physical conduct, belligerent behavior or any other conduct unbecoming a youth event. Our policy is clearly stated in the rules and coaches sign stating they understand.

That policy will be in FULL effect today. Please do not put yourself in a position to be removed from a game, gym or tournament. We don't want to have to do it, but we will absolutely, with no hesitation.

9th Grade Boys Coaches

Please look over the schedule, TNA Heat dropped on us last night at 1145PM. We had to combine pool C and B. The times are close to what they were before, but they may have changed slightly as well as the court.

As a reminder........

At team check in, teams must have National Sports ID or birth certificates and report cards.

If your team has National Sports ID( you must provide your National Sports ID roster, hard copy or digital) , only the head coach has to check in 30 mins prior to his/her 1st game.

If your team does not have National Sports ID, the head coach and ALL PLAYERS must be present 1hr prior to their 1st game. with birth certificates and report cards for ALL PLAYERS!

If you Play your 1st game at Milton High School- Your team checks in at Milton High School!

If you Play your 1st game at Milton Community Center- Your team checks in at Milton Community Center!

If you Play the 8AM or 9AM game at Pensacola Catholic - Your team checks in at Pensacola Catholicl! If you have a game at 10AM or later, at Pensacola Catholic, you check in at The University of West Florida( No Exceptions)

If you play at The University of West Florida, you check in at The University of West Florida!

Schedule Info

1. Schedule request must be made Wednesday morning only (8AM-12PM). Even if you have previously made request, we will only consider the request on Wed. morning.
2. The schedule will be released late Wednesday or Thursday by or before 12PM.

All teams must have National Sports ID or All Players must have birth certificates and report cards! No Exceptions
