Housekeeping
- Game balls WILL be provided for each court.

- Warmup balls will NOT be provided. Each team is responsible for bringing their own warmup balls.

- The visiting team will be listed FIRST/TOP on the schedule/bracket and should wear dark colored uniforms. The home team will be listed SECOND/BOTTOM on the schedule/bracket and should wear white uniforms. (If there is a need to wear gold/grey as a home jersey, you must get it cleared with a tournament director before wearing).

- The home team will be responsible for the official scorebook.

- Teams will need to provide water for each player. No water will be provided on benches.

- Trainers will be on site at each venue. Please bring your own pre-wrap and tape. Tape can be made available at cost.

- Hospitality will be available with food and refreshments for coaches throughout the day at each venue. Those who have the coach’s credentials will be allowed to enter the designated hospitality rooms.

Team Check-In
- Team check in IS required before your first game is played. Check In will ONLY be held at Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus. Teams will be required to check-in at least two (2) hours before your scheduled game time.

Teams are allowed four (4) coaching staff members and one (1) administrator (bookkeeper, AD, etc.) on each roster. Student managers are counted as players and can be added to the roster. Any additional members will have to pay admission for entry.

Per the county, coaches will need hotel information for your teams AND parents, please be prepared to provide.

You will receive your player passes and coaching credentials at Check In.

Wednesday December 27th – 7:30am – 6:00pm
Thursday December 28th – 7:30am – 6:00pm

Welcome teams to the Tampa Bay Christmas Invitational! Metro Lagoons would like to invite teams to their beautiful Lagoon for team building Glow Night. Dec. 27th-30th starting at 5:00pm for the low cost of $5 per person. Music, games, food trucks and fun. See flyer for details.

We trust this message finds everyone well. We also hope everyone enjoyed time with there families today. Please be sure to download the Exposure Events App to track the most up to date schedule.
Due to MULTIPLE last minute drops, we had to make a good number of revisions to the schedule. We attempted to keep everyone semi-close to there original playing times, but we do know some teams are affected in full. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
