Florida National Memorial Day Documents

Good Evening as we prepare for Championship Sunday for Florida National Memorial Day @ The BIG House

Please check the final schedule onlne.There maybe a slight change after all pool play games are completed at 10:00 PM

Below are a couple of housekeeping notices.

1. There will be NO basketballs provided at any venue outside of the Big House. Teams must bring your warmup balls, and hometeam will provide the game ball.

2. Coaches, we understand its championship Sunday and things can get emotional, with players and parents. Coaches your teams will be held accountable due to the actions of parents in the stands. Please communicate this

3. There will be a small awards presentation with pictures, and trophies, for champions and runner ups. Please have players full names and IG account for awards. Please fill out the information sheet before coming to the front for a presentation. Do not leave directly after championship game.

Good evening there is multiple divisions SOLD OUT for Florida National Memorial Day. This is a payment reminder, or we have teams on waiting list in multiple divisions. Please communicate and/or submit payment to confirm your spot.

Good Evening you are receiving this message as your team is registered for Florida National Memorial Day in Tavares May 24 - 26. With over 160 teams registered, there will be LIMITED to NO schedule request. If you have multiple teams and your are the only coach and request seperate game times, you MUST play on Friday. We cannot change games on during bracket IF we honor the request of seperate game times. All teams be prepared to play Friday night.

Boys Grades 7th & 8th with over 20 teams registered in D2/D3. We have decided to split up divisions. Please respond with team name and if you want D2 or D3.

Example: We request to be in Team Name 8th D2
We request to be in Team Name 7th D3

90% of teams have registered and can bee seen on the app Sunday afternoon

ALL PAYMENTS NEED TO BE FINALIZED BY SUNDAY EVENING

Please see welcome letter attached with all details, and download our app for schedule and facilities address.

Coaches/Admins please log into your exposure account and make sure to update all rosters, and coaches list. Players grades 3 - 9, must have DOB enterered into exposure account roster. Your coaches will NOT be allowed to enter if their name and contact information isn’t up to date. Coaches CANNOT have the same phone number and email for every coach.
