Good afternoon Coaches,

Rosters will be unlocked from 4pm-9pm this evening. Coaches, please sign in to your Exposure account and verify each player and coach. Several teams have not entered AAU numbers and/or jersey numbers. Any changes or updates that are not completed tonight will incur a $15 per change fee at registration.

All coaches, bench personnel, and players MUST have their AAU number in the system.

NSID verification does not have a cut-off. These can be completed from today to before check-in at Game Point.

We are so excited to have you and your team(s) participating in our AAU/ESE event. The schedule is live! If your team is playing Friday please be aware there are zero space on Saturday to move that game. Please make the schedule work. If you cannot play Friday and you forgot to send a schedule request and your team can't make the Friday game it will need to be forfeited.

NEW CHANGE THIS YEAR: THE HOME TEAM CAN PROVIDE THE OFFICIAL SCOREKEEPER/BOOKKEEPER. NOTE IT IS NOT A NECESSITY FOR YOU TO PROVIDE ONE IT'S A CHOICE. WE CAN COVER THE TABLE WITH OUR PEOPLE WE JUST WANT TO PROVIDE THIS OPTION FOR YOU IF NEEDED.

Warm-Up Balls:

For this event coaches will provide their own warm up balls. We will only provide a game ball. On the exposure website under documents we will attach the tournament rules so you can all be prepared.

Rosters:

Rosters are pre-printed and at the score table prior to your game. Those are the official score sheets, no additions will be made. Any jersey number changes NEED to be made during check in or needs to be approved by the Director (Rob Fessler) only.

To follow the game schedule we will be using the AAU Florida app. The top team is ALWAYS home.

Spectator passes are $20 for a one day pass, Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) passes $35, kid passes $10. Tickets can be purchased @ https://basketball.exposureevents.com/widgets/v1/payments?eventid=209112

Tickets purchased at the gate will be $10 a day for Friday games only.

Please check and recheck your schedule tonight and Friday morning in case of any changes.

We are under 10 days from the start of the Gladiator Games here in Orlando. To avoid any delays in check-in please ensure you complete the following items before their deadlines below.

***NSID player cards now have an available spot to update their AAU membership number. This does not take the place of entering it into Exposure. However, it eliminates the need for coaches to carry a copy of the AAU membership card and the NSID card.

3. PAYMENTS - All outstanding balances must be paid by Friday, February 23rd at 5pm. If you wish to avoid the processing fee charged by Exposure, you may use Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo. You may use the same service you used to pay your deposit and secure the team's spot in the tournament. If you prefer to pay through Exposure, or with an invoice sent to you; these methods will include the processing fee (which varies but ranges up to 6% of your total due).

4. SCHEDULING: Games will begin on Friday, March 1st. Before releasing the schedule, an email will be sent for scheduling requests. Please be sure you respond to this email as soon as it is received to ensure we can get the proper accommodations made.
