Hello Coaches,

We are so excited to have you and your team(s) participating in our ESE event. The schedule is live! Please make the schedule work.

NEW CHANGE THIS YEAR: THE HOME TEAM CAN PROVIDE THE OFFICIAL SCOREKEEPER/BOOKKEEPER. NOTE IT IS NOT A NECESSITY FOR YOU TO PROVIDE ONE IT'S A CHOICE. WE CAN COVER THE TABLE WITH OUR PEOPLE WE JUST WANT TO PROVIDE THIS OPTION FOR YOU IF NEEDED.

Check-in:

Check-in will start Saturday at 9:30am. Only 3 coaches' bands will be given per team - coaches MUST be listed in Exposure.

Warm-Up Balls:
For this event coaches will provide their own warm-up balls. We will only provide a game ball. On the exposure website under documents we will attach the tournament rules so you can all be prepared.

Rosters:
Rosters are pre-printed and at the score table prior to your game. Those are the official score sheets, no additions will be made. Any jersey number changes NEED to be made during check-in or must be approved by the Director (Rob Fessler) only.

Registration:
Please sign in to your Exposure account and ensure all your players have current jersey numbers in the system. Rosters will lock on May 8th at 7pm.


NSID:
All players MUST have their NSID verification completed. Coaches DO NOT need to be verified, but the team must have a fully verified printed roster or individual player cards to present at check-in. The roster or player cards must be placed on the score table for each game.

To follow the game schedule please use the Exposure app. The app has a (H) for the home team or (V) for the visitors.

Spectator passes:

$40 for the adult weekend pass
$25 for an adult one-day passes.
$10 for kid passes.

Tickets can also be purchased at the door with cash or card.

Thank you for submitting your schedule requests. Please be advised, that there were many similar requests, we will work hard to ensure as many of them are accommodated. If you have not submitted your payment, please do so immediately. The schedule will not be released until all payments have been received.

All players and coaches must be listed in Exposure. All players MUST have their jersey number in Exposure. Rosters will lock on Wednesday at 7pm. Any changes that need to be made after that time will incur a $10 per change fee. Any team without their players' names, jersey numbers, and coaches listed in Exposure will not be permitted to check in.

Players are only permitted to play on one team per grade not division. Ex: A player cannot play on a 7th-grade team in Division 1 and 2. A player CAN participate on a 7th-grade team AND an 8th-grade team.
