Due to overwhelming requests to change the roster, we will unlock them one final time. After an audit of rosters, several teams do not have jersey numbers listed in Exposure.

Rosters will be unlocked from 11:30a to 2pm Eastern Time. Any additions or changes must be completed during that time. Any changes after that time will incur a $15 fee and can only be completed at the check-in table before your 1st game.

There will be no additions or changes after your first game has started. Please take this extra time today to review your rosters.

All players MUST have their name and a jersey number in Exposure Basketball to play and avoid the fee.
Both coaches receiving wristbands MUST be listed in Exposure Basketball to receive their band and avoid the fee.

After 2pm today, our staff will be onsite setting up and unable to accommodate any changes to the roster.

Here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions about check-in:

Friday 7/26/24
9am begins early check-in for all teams at the Orange County Convention Center, West Concourse - Hall F. Teams who play at Game Point can take advantage of this opportunity and do not have to wait to check in at Game Point.

3:30pm Check-in begins at Game Point.

Players do not need to be present at check-in. Only coaches, assistant coaches, or team staff receiving coaching bands must be present at check-in and bring a photo ID. Only 2 bands are being provided per team and they must be listed on the teams' exposure account.

To fully check-in a team their NSID-verified roster or individual player cards must be printed and brought to check-in. All NSID rosters will be held at the check-in desk for the duration of the tournament. If you wish to pick up your printed copy you must stop by after your final game.

Reminder: Rosters lock TODAY at 7pm. All coaches and players must be listed in Exposure. Players must have their jersey numbers listed in Exposure.
No name changes or jersey number changes will be permitted once the rosters lock tonight at 7pm. Any changes needed after that time will need to be completed at check-in and will incur a $15.00 fee.

It's hard to believe we are one week away from the End of Summer Slam! Our team is hard at work preparing for your team's arrival. Please be sure to take note of the following items:

1. Rosters in Exposure must be updated before Wednesday, July 24th at 9am. Players' names and jersey numbers must be listed, coaches must be listed in Exposure to receive a coaching band. Exposure does not recognize 00 as a jersey number, if you have a player in 00 please put them in as 0 and alert the staff at check-in. Any changes not completed before July 24th at 9am will incur a $15 PER CHANGE FEE. Scoresheets are pre-printed from Exposure.

2. All payments are now past due, if you have not made a payment - please do so by 2pm today. We expect to complete the schedule today and post it by tomorrow mid-morning. Any team without a payment on file will not be listed on the schedule.

3. Bench attire - Coaches must wear team-branded gear (polo or t-shirt with team name) and no open-toe shoes.

4. Teams must bring warm-up balls, ESE will provide the game ball only.

5. Players cannot play on two teams in the same division.

6. Hotel rooms are still available at the Rosen via our link, rooms are $129 a night with discounted parking. The hotel is within walking distance of the Convention Center.

1. Exposure Basketball - Review the division your team is registered for today. It must be updated tomorrow, 7/12 at 5pm if it's in the wrong division.
2. Registration - If you have multiple teams participating please double-check that all teams participating have been registered. If you are missing any of them, please complete their registration today. No later than 5pm on 7/12.
3. Payments - if you have received an invoice, please be sure to complete payment. If you prefer to use Zelle, please let us know so we can update your file.
4. Rosters - Locking on 7/24/24 at 9am. All players must be listed with their correct jersey numbers and all coaches/staff receiving bands must be listed. For this event, there will be 3 bands provided. Each coach/staff must show a photo ID and sign to receive theirs.
