Wiregrass Ranch Sports complex is funded by tax payer dollars and part of the agreement to build the facility was to account for increased hotel revenue. To prove hotel rooms are being reserved for events, an Event Impact Surey needs to be filled out by each team and delivered to the check-in office today before your last game.

Please make every attempt to gather this info from your team parents and fans by filling out the attached. If you are a local team, please indicate as such.

Several cars are not parked in designated spaces and run the risk of being hit by people pulling out. Several parking stalls have been vacated and can be used.

The scheduke is now final. Thank you for your patience and understanding for the changes made over the past two days. It is now time to lock in.

If previous schedules were provided to parents, please have them disregard them and use the Exposure site for schedule details.

HOME team (H) provides game ball and HOME team (H) wears white jerseys.

The Rules (see attached) had a minor adjustment; HOME team will be providing the game ball.

Important notice about schedule. PLEASE do not print out the schedule at least until Wednesday noon. Last minute changes could be applied that impact your time/date to play of even your opponent. The schedule is now final and only severe circumstance will be considered. As mentioned before, a couple back-to-back games, division changes and early games were necessary to accomodate the 250+ restrictions.
