General Information

COACHES MUST CHECK-IN AT SPORT ONE FIELDHOUSE AT LEAST 30 MINS BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME TO RECEIVE PASSES AND CONFIRM YOUR TEAM ROSTER. CHECK-IN WILL BE SATURDAY (8am-4:30pm).  EACH TEAM WILL RECEIVE TWO COACHES PASSES AND ONE SCOREKEEPER PASS FOR THE WEEKEND. 

DAILY ADMISSION = $15 (SAT.), $10 (SUN)

6 YEARS OLD AND YOUNGER ARE FREE

Athletes, Coaches, Spectators, & Public:

In an effort to help your experience in Fort Wayne be the best of the summer please be respectful of others
Abusive language, rude or obnoxious behavior, or poor conduct will NOT be tolerated.
If any parent, player or coach is displaying poor conduct they will be removed from the gym without warning and may not be allowed to return to the event.
 
EACH TEAM MUST PROVIDE A SCOREKEEPER/TIMEKEEPER

FIRST TEAM LISTED IS HOME/WEARS LIGHT JERSEYS

REFUND POLICY – NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE
