Please find attached a mandatory Hotel Survey.


We need a completed survey from EVERY team. Not just each organization, every team needs this information completed before we will issue coaching bands!!


It needs to be completed legibly and accurately. If you are local or driving back and forth from N. FL or Clearwater/Tampa or Tallahassee/Lake City we still need it done and explaining that.


To help yourself get checked in faster and get your coaching band, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND printing the form and doing it ahead of time.


If you just scribble some nonsense at check in, you will have to re-do it, so please be mature and make sure you do this to the best of your ability. This is a great facility and we want to continue to host events here, so in order to do so, we need your compliance on this paperwork.

Please check your schedule. We had an organization with teams in multiple ages groups have to pull out. Therefore significant changes had to be made. Please confirm your schedule.

As is the norm for travel basketball, changes happen in the schedule after it initially comes out. We do our best to keep changes to an absolute minimum but sometimes even a minor change can impact 5-6 games. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE FRIDAY EVENING AND DO NOT SCREEN SHOT YOUR SCHEDULE.

A few items we need to disseminate to you before Saturday -

SPECTATOR TICKETS: $35/weekend band or $20/day. Children 10&Under $5/day.

PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP/ARRIVE IN THE PARKING LOT UNTIL 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE FIRST GAME EACH DAY!! DO NOT SHOW UP PRIOR TO 7:30!!!


FIGHTING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED WHAT SO EVER, POLICE WILL BE CALLED AND YOUR TEAM WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE EVENT WITH NO REFUND.

1. Home & Away - Home is the bottom team on both the app and the website and should wear white (or very light colored jerseys)

2. Home Team - Home team is responsible for the official book.

3. Rules are attached and also every court will have a copy.

4. We will not provide balls, please provide your own for warmups.

5. 2 Coaches bands provided per team.


6. Player Check-In can be done on-site with a QR Code or you can have your players do it ahead of time - https://form.jotform.com/240636749062157 - IF THEY DO IT AHEAD OF TIME, HAVE THEM BRING A SCREENSHOT OR PICTURE TO THE EVENT - PLEASE HAVE YOUR PLAYERS DO AHEAD OF TIME AND SCREENSHOT!!!
