1. Check IN
A)Teams with National Sports ID, only the head and assistant coach needs to check in at their designated gym.
B) If your team does NOT have National Sports ID......
1) ALL PLayers must have birth certificates AND report cards( YES BOTH)
2) Teams Must check in 1 HOUR prior to their 1st game( ONLY exception is the 8am games. They can check in at 730am)
3) If you DO NOT check in prior to your 1st game, it will be a forfeit.
4) You must have a hard copy of your team's roster to turn in at check in.

The ONLY exception, is the 8AM Games! If your team plays at a NON check in location, at 8AM. You will be allowed to check in at that gym. 8AM GAMES ONLY!!! If you have a 9AM game or later, the above applys.

If there is any confusion, call me! Be cause if you show up at the wrong check in location, the gym is going to turn you away!

We are about to release the scheudle. Before we do, there is important information you need. PLEASE READ ALL!!!!!


1. Check IN

A) if we make any changes to the schedule we will send out a " Schedule Change" email. It's your responsibility to make sure you check and make sure you have the most up to date times and location.

3) Schedule Request
A) Rembember, request are just that, request. We do our absolute best to try to accommodate everyone as best as we can. Sunday, is out of our control.

4) Gate Fees

I will give you until 10PM. After 10PM the schedule requst are closed.

Also, for the ones pulled of the waiting list. Make sure you go back and read all the messages that have been sent out.

Here is some very important new! Please read all the way through!

1. The schedule will be out late Wednesday or early Thursday.
2. Schedule request must be sent to schrequests.panhandlebasketball@gmail.com .................ONLY!
3. Schedule request are just that, a request. They are not guaranteed. We will do our best on Sat, but Sunday is out of our control.
4. PLEASE READ Carefully! Because of how large the tournament is, we will be spread out about 50 mins from the two farthest gyms. However, each division will stay in a location within 5-20 mins of their gyms.

This a tentative list of where teams will be playing. If you have a problem with this, please let me know and we will refund you your money. If you do not let me know today that you are affected by these divisions in these locations, we will not give out refunds. We have 46 teams on the waiting list ready to get in.
AGAIN THESE ARE TENTATIVE locations. If we make any changes, they will be small changes. Like, a division or two could change, but most will remain where we have them.

The following divisions will play at the following gyms:
Elberta High School AL-Robertsdale High School-Central Baldwin Middle School- Robertsdale Elementary
Varsity Boys- 10th Grade Boys - 9th Grade Boys - 8th Grade Boys-5th Grade Boys

The following divisions will play at the following gyms
Pensacola State and Pensacola Catholic-Milton Community Center- Legion
VarsityGirls - JV Girls - 8th Grade Girls- 7th Grade Girls- 5th/6th Grade Girls
7th Grade Boys 4th Boys and 6th Boys

Reminder, you must let me know by the end of the day today if you are affected by the locations of the gyms, in order to get a refund.

A tentative team list has been released.

First, ALL active teams recieve this message. So, this will not apply to all teams.
If you were on the waiting list, and are recieveing this message, we were able to get you in. Payment is due now. We are currently are removing teams that haven't paid yet. We still have a large waiting and even with adding more gyms are at full compacity. If you have not made your payment, Sunday at 12pm is the deadline for all teams that were on the waiting list.

16th Annual End of the Summer Showdown now has a waiting list.

If you have NOT made payment, you must do so now! If you have already made payment, this does not apply to you.

Make sure you put your team name and tournament name in the memo section of your payment.

We will start dropping teams on Saturday Morning for non payment and replacing them teams from the waiting list. Again, if you have already paid this does NOT apply to you!

We are also currently looking( have not done so yet) to add 3 or 4 gyms. These gyms would be 30/40 mins away from the main location. If that has any affect on you please let me know. If we do add those gyms. Teams will not move from those locations, they will stay and play there the whole day, they wont change locations.
