Hello coaches i wanna thank you for participating in EAST TEXAS HOOPFEST. Going forward i will be changing the format of my 1 day tournaments.I will do 2 pool games and bracket play the top 3 teams for championship. You will still get 3 game guarantee, but it will possible be a 4th game if your 2nd or 3rd seed. This gives teams with 1 loss an oppurtunity to battle it out with 1 loss. Hello coaches tomorrow is the day, the biggest event being held in East Texas.Couple things wanna touch base on. First NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR COOLERS ALLOWED in gyms. There will be concession at every facility. Please be EARLY to games WE WILL NOT WAIT ON TEAMS OR COACHES. Once game is over we will put 3 minutes on the clock and run it. Once the time has ran off you have 5 minutes to make it or you will take a forfeit. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE FOR LOCATIONS. Some games at the end of the day have different locations so please check them. Please make sure you turn your roster in to the table before your first game. ALL COACHES need to check in at your first game location. Two coaches armbands will be issued per team. Lastly, lets please be respectful to the facilities and my staff. Attached is the rules for the tournament(PLEASE READ RULE #8 AND GO OVER WITH PLAYERS AND FANS). Lets have a safe competitive weekend. Its about to be a EAST TEXAS SHOWDOWN!!!

Also, please make sure you have your roster/waiver printed or emailed to me before your first game. Everything needs to be filled out except the school section. ALL PAYMENTS are due on Monday.(payment options cashapp or i can send you a invoice. I will have the schedule complete Tuesday evening or Wedsnesday morning the latest. Lastly, I WILL not tolerate any foolishness from FANS, COACHES, or PLAYERS. If a player, fan, or coach is ejected YOU'RE DONE FOR THE ENTIRE TOURNAMENT with NO REFUND. I will have LPD escort you off the premises and you will not be allowed at any other facility.NO EXCEPTION AT ALL. We're here to play basketball, compete, and have fun in a safe environment.
