Check-in Process:
1. Registration Desk
2. Document Verification
• Staff will verify the documents and check the roster.
• Ensure all forms are signed and complete to avoid delays.
3. Receive Tournament Packet
• Once verification is complete, you will receive your tournament packet.
• The packet includes coaches’ passes, player credentials, rules, and other important information.
Uniforms and Equipment:
• Teams must have matching uniforms with visible numbers.
• Bring your basketballs for warm-ups.
Final Reminders:
• Arrive early to avoid long lines and ensure a smooth check-in process.
Note: If you are unable to make the team check-in tonight, check-in will reopen starting at 9:00 AM on Saturday. Please arrive at least 2 hours before your game.

Description
Grade Base Tournament (teams play in the division of the highest graded player). Ability-based divisions (DI), competitive/travel, and (DII) developmental. Each team plays four games minimum. Games are played with 2 Stop-Clock halves (Clock stop on all dead balls and free throws)—certified officials through Unlimited Officials. Awards! It is located at the brand new YFAC 8-Court facility. Deadline: June 21st. STAY-TO-PLAY. Register before June 1st and get $100 off registration.

GRADES BASED ON THE 2023-2024 CALENDAR SCHOOL YEAR
Stop Clock Games (Ball Stops on all dead balls and free throws)
12-Minute Halves: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th
14-Minute Halves: 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade
16-Minute Halves: High School
All players must be NSID verified to participate in OK Fadeaway Hoops Events. Once confirmed, players will be eligible to participate in the calendar season 2023-2024 from Sept 1st, 2023, to Aug 31st, 2024. Please send this link to parents/guardians to get athletes verified. All Team's must have roster's submitted thru NSID.
