Please Report your score and upload the game sheets immediately after your game prior to leaving the gym so we can keep the brackets updated.

Coaches,

All playoff brackets are now posted. The top team on the Bracket page is the Home team. They are listed below on your schedule page. The Home team is responsible for having an adult keep the Book and another keep the clock. In some cases the Host site may provide a clock keeper. Please remind everyone negative behavior will not be tolerated and you as coach are responsible for your fans.

A special thank you to Cherry Hill, Rancocas, Haddonfield, Haddon Twp, Marlton, Mount Laurel and Medford for Hosting the Playoffs.

We also want to thank everyone for all their hard work with the girls and wish everyone Good Luck in the playoffs.

Let us know if you have any questions.
Rich & Kirk

PS...Summer League information will be out soon.

Coaches,

As we come to the end of the regular season with playoffs approaching, I want to share some information with all teams. First, all regular season games must be completed by 2/18/24, no exceptions.

Play In games for Divisions with more than 8 teams will take place February 20-23. The Quarter Final & Semi Final playoffs will are February 23-25. We are currently finalizing sites for the playoffs. We will release those locations very soon.
Any team who does not wish to be in the playoffs must inform myself or Kirk Kessler no later than 2/14/24.
The Championship weekend will be held on Saturday March 2 for Grades 4, 5 and 6 at Hartford School in Mt. Laurel and for 7th and 8th grades those games will be held at Lenape High School on Sunday March 3.

All Referee fees will continue to be paid by each team throughout the Playoffs. The ICBL will not entertain requests for certain times for playoff games due to conflicts with other sports or any other issues a team may have.

Good Luck to everyone and enjoy the playoffs.

President ICBL

As we approach the mid season mark, we want to remind everyone of the following in regards to Behavior…

Spectator/Parent Behavior… Is a growing problem and will not be tolerated. We have advised the officials to eject anyone they feel necessary. If the person that was told to leave refuses, the game will end in a forfeit loss for their associated team. The Coach may aid the officials in removing the ejected person so the game can resume. The officials may instruct the clock keeper to put 3 minutes on the clock to give the ejected person time to leave and will call the game at the sound of the horn if they remain.

Head Coach… Please set a good example for your team and parents. It starts with YOU. It’s fine to ask questions on certain calls you feel need an explanation but the officials are not going to repeatedly be questioned throughout the game. The officials have been advised to sit down any coach they feel has crossed the line of respect with or without calling a technical. They have also been told to eject any coach if necessary.

Assistant Coaches… Are only there to help the coaches with player management and should not be speaking to the officials.

Score/Clock Keepers… Are part of the officiating staff that manages the games and should NOT be “coaching” or commenting from the table. If they try to coach from the table, they must be moved to that teams bench.

Keep in Mind…

Spectators: Cheer for their team
Coaches: Coach their team
Officials: Referee the Game

Each should keep to their specific role
