Hello Everyone!!!!
It's almost game time! We are so excited to host this event. Here are a few reminders for the weekend.

There is still a lot of construction around Benton River Center. Please prepare for possible delays.

I see many teams under the same organization and I want to remind you all that you will need coaches for each team just in case the games do overlap. We will do our best to keep this from happening however, it does happen sometimes.

Review the new rules that are attached.
I will not be passing out coach packets any longer. All the information will be on our NEW FREE HSSE app. Please download the free app for Apple or Android. Search Hop Step Sporting Events in your providers app store.

NO COOLERS OR OUTSIDE FOOD ARE ALLOWED IN THE GYM.
Conessions are available on site at both venues.
Please note that tournament guests are not allowed upstairs without a Bishop Park or Benton River Center membership.
Doors will open at 7:30am at both venues.
Admission for parents and fans is $10 ages 6 and up. Ages 5 and under are free. We accept cash, credit, debit, or CashApp. Fees do apply for credit or debit purchases.

!!!!PLEASE ARRIVE TO THE VENUE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR TEAMS SCHEDULED GAME TIME!!!

All coaches must check in upon arrival to the venue both days. You get 2 coach wristbands with your registration. You will be required to provide the correct head coach and assistant coach names.

PLEASE keep up with your teams and do not allow them to play in the restrooms or run around the facility.

Take note of our unsportsmanlike conduct policy. ANY UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. THIS APPLIES TO COACHES, PLAYERS, PARENTS OR FANS. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF DEEMED NECESSARY AS DETERMINED BY YOUR ACTIONS, YOU MAY NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY OR ATTEND FUTURE HSSE EVENTS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ANY PERSON OR TEAM THAT EXHIBITS ANY UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT. LAW ENFORCEMENT WILL BE CALLED ON ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT COOPERATE WITH THIS RULE. NO EXCEPTIONS AND THIS IS A ZERO TOLERANCE RULE.

Doors will open 30 minutes before the 1st game both days.

Upstairs is off limits for event guests and players unless you have a valid membership at the River Center or Bishop Park. If you do have a membership you will be required to check in at the main desk of the River Center or Bishop Park with your membership card to access upstairs.

This event filled up fast! Please keep in mind that this is a large event for us and we want to make it the best it can be. I would really like to have the schedule out by Tuesday 4/30 but that all depends on getting payments from ALL teams.

PAYMENT FOR RAINING BUCKETS 2024 IS DUE BY SAT APRIL 27, 2024 BY 6PM. I WILL DROP UNPAID TEAMS AND BEGIN FILLING SPACES SATURDAY 4/27 AROUND 8PM.

It is prefered that you remit payment via the invoice sent to you or by CashApp.
