HSSE Nationals 2024 Venues

Hey Everyone!
Here are a few reminders as games kick off bright and early in the morning.

Please review the scheduld on the app. Make sure you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled game time.

There is still quite a bit of construction around the Benton River Center. Please be prepared for traffic delays in that area.
There is also a swim meet going on in Benton. Parking might be a little crazy.

The gate fees are as follows:
SATURDAY 7/13 Ages 6 and up $15
SUNDAY 7/14 Ages 6 and up are $10
Ages 5 and under are FREE both days.
Wristbands will be good for both locations of our event.
Doors at both locations will open at 7:30am each day.

The schedule is ready. We had quite a few time requests and we did our very best.
To view the schedule please download our free Hop Step Sporting Events app. This will allow you to follow the event and get all your game time info.

Please review the attached rules. It is your responsibility to know our event rules so please review.

!!!!PLEASE ARRIVE TO THE VENUE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR TEAMS SCHEDULED GAME TIME!!!
All coaches must check in upon arrival to the venue . You get 2 coach wristbands with your registration. You will be required to provide the correct head coach and assistant coach names.

NO COOLERS OR OUTSIDE FOOD ARE ALLOWED IN THE GYM.
Conessions are available on site at each venue.

PLEASE keep up with your teams and do not allow them to play in the restrooms or run around the facility. Upstairs is off limits for event guests and players unless you have a valid membership at the River Center or Bishop Park. If you do have a membership you will be required to check in at the main desk of the River Center or Bishop Park with your membership card to access upstairs.

Take note of our unsportsmanlike conduct policy. ANY UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. THIS APPLIES TO COACHES, PLAYERS, PARENTS OR FANS. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF DEEMED NECESSARY AS DETERMINED BY YOUR ACTIONS, YOU MAY NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY OR ATTEND FUTURE HSSE EVENTS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ANY PERSON OR TEAM THAT EXHIBITS ANY UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT. LAW ENFORCEMENT WILL BE CALLED ON ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT COOPERATE WITH THIS RULE. NO EXCEPTIONS AND THIS IS A ZERO TOLERANCE RULE.

We will open the doors 30 minutes to the first game time.
Gate fee is $15 for ages 6 and up on Saturday and $10 on Sunday. Ages 5 and under are free.
YOU MUST HAVE A WRISTBAND TO ENTER THE GYM AND WATCH GAMES. YOU WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER WRISTBAND IF YOU LOSE YOURS. WE CAN'T KEEP UP WITH "I WAS JUST IN HERE" PEOPLE.

Please keep in mind that this is a large event for us and we want to make it the best it can be. I would really like to have the schedule out by Tuesday 7/9 but that all depends on getting payments from ALL teams.

It is prefered that you remit payment via the invoice sent to you or by CashApp.
