A few items we need to disseminate to you before Thursday - IF YOU GET THIS EMAIL, PLEASE DISSEMINATE IT TO YOUR ORGANIZATION. IF PLAYERS, PARENTS AND COACHES IN YOUR ORGANIZATION DO NOT RECEIVE OR WERE NEVER PASSED THIS INFO, THAT IS THE RESPONSIBLY OF THE PERSON IN YOUR ORGANIZATION RECEIVING THIS EMAIL.
CHECK IN THURSDAY!!
Club Coach Check In - Coaches can check in THURSDAY AT PACERS. NCAA Certified Coaches will need ID only. Non-NCAA Certified Coaches (8th grade and younger playing 14u or younger) will also need ID. Players do not need to individually check in, but they will need to be in uniform to enter the facility as a participant.
PLAYERS DO NOT NEED TO CHECK IN!!! ONLY ATHLETES IN UNIFORM WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING AS PLAYERS.
NON-UNIFORMED KIDS WILL NEED PAY AS SPECTATORS!!
I'd strongly encourage you to give yourself extra time to get this done, especially if you play earlier in the day. We permit 2 coaches per team. To receive a coaching band for a HS aged team you will need to be listed on your team's NCAA BBCS Roster and you will need to show ID. Once we issue you a band, THAT WILL BE THE ONLY BAND ISSUED TO YOU, DO NOT TAKE IT OFF OR YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY A SPECTATOR BAND.
Coaches can check in INDIVIDUALLY!! You do NOT need to check in together!!
IF YOU DON'T PLAY UNTIL FRIDAY OR SATURDAY, TRY TO CHECK IN THURSDAY, IF YOU CAN'T THEN GO TO THE GYM YOU PLAY AT ON FRIDAY/SATURDAY AND CHECK IN AT SPECTATOR ADMISSION.
SPECTATOR TICKETS: $70/weekend band or $25 on Thursday, $35 on Friday and $30 on both Saturday (There will be a $60 option if you play Friday and Saturday). Children 10&Under $10/day, $20/Tournament Pass.

FIGHTING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED WHAT SO EVER, POLICE WILL BE CALLED AND YOUR TEAM WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE EVENT WITH NO REFUND.
Games are being live streamed via ballerTV
1. Home & Away - Home is the bottom team on both the app and the website and should wear white (or very light colored jerseys)
2. Home Team - Home team is responsible for the official book.
3. Rules are attached and also every court will have a copy.
4. We will not provide balls, please provide your own for warmups and game play.
I just confirmed with all the trainers for the event and the consensus was to cover supplies, our trainers will charge a flat rate of $5 per ankle.

Final Draft Hoosier Heat Schedule 1.3 - Posted 6:40PM July 8th - We will accept cash and card at the door for spectator admissions. Cost is - $70 - 3 day tournament pass $60 - July 12-13 Tournament pass Kids 10 and under are $10/day or $20 for a tournament pass Single Day Passes - Thursday Day Pass - $20 Friday Day Pass - $35 Saturday Day Pass - $30 We offer 2 coaches bands per team, coaches for 15u and above must be NCAA Certified, provide ID and be willing to sign for their band and approve their roster via the NCAA system. We will accept only originally attached official tournament bands. Any grifters looking to use "unofficial" bands, or re-attach a previously used band will be banned from entry and not allowed to attend this event on ANY day. You also risk having your organization banned from our events.
