Coaches,

We will be releasing the schedule by next Tuesday evening (could be late). We will release by sending an email to all coaches with a link to the schedule. There will be a link on the tournament page on the website as well. Additionally, we have an app, BasketBull Live, where the schedule will be available. The app is the most accurate way to track the schedule for the weekend - coaches, players and parents can all follow their teams and get immediate updates and notifications sent to their phone. Please continue to check the app and website early next week for schedule information.

Hope this email finds you and your program doing well and excited for the Jr. HoopHall at Mohegan November 23-24th, 2024.

We created a google form for you to fill out with your ticket requests for the Hall of Fame Tip-Off Classic college tournament at Mohegan Sun on Saturday and Sunday (11/23-24). EACH team that is participating should fill out this form to receive the 12 tickets provided as part of your tournament entry. It should be filled out with the Coach’s contact information who will be picking up the tickets on Saturday or Sunday. You will receive additional instructions on ticket pickup, but this will be done on-site, with hard tickets, through a BasketBull staff member.

As part of your entry into the Jr. HoopHall Tip-Off Classic tournament, each team will receive up to 12 tickets to the college games, good for one day only, either Saturday or Sunday. Re-Entry into the college games will be allowed.

We will need this information ASAP. Once we gather this info, we’ll then send out information for the parents block of tickets. This should occur in the next 1-2 days.

Again, please fill out the linked google form for EACH team you have registered/entered in the tournament. If a team does not fill out this form, we cannot guarantee tickets for that particular team.

For parents/family looking for additional tickets, please use the following link below. These tickets will be sold at a discount pricing. The tickets will most likely be in the same general area/sections as the team allotments and the box office and our staff will do their best to accommodate seating requests in the same areas when tickets are distributed.

A few coaches have reached out regarding questions with tickets for the college games. Please see the below updates, hope this will help:

- All college game requests (Saturday or Sunday) should be met. The majority have requested Saturday. The box office has informed us that there shouldn't be any issues with teams getting tickets for their preferred days. Please let us know if you decide to change days for any reason.

- Pick up for college game tickets will be handled by BasketBull staff, in the Expo Hall, most likely the lobby/entrance area. We will be providing 12 tickets (maxiumum) per team. Please have the person listed in the google sheet as your pick up person. Individual tickets will not be given out. Please also let us know if your roster does not include 12. We have to pay for each ticket provided back to the Mohegan box office.

- We cannot do any exchanges. Once you pick up your tickets for that particular day, there will be no exchanges made.

- Tickets allow for entry and re-entry to the College Games.

- The college game tickets (pricing) is separate from the Jr. HoopHall admission. Please make sure parents understand there are two separate admissions fees for the two separate events.

There will be two athletic trainers stationed inside the expo hall (playing area) along the left wall, as you walk in. There should also be signage directing you to the athletic trainers.
