Please check and update your rosters by TONIGHT at Midnight! Score sheets will be printed on Friday. The deadline is TODAY even if you do not play this weekend.

To check rosters:
1. Use Battlegrounds App
2. Select Divisions
3. Click your team
4. Click Roster
***If you do not see all your players then you need to update your roster electronically.

There has been some confusion. If a player was previously written on the paper roster, we did NOT add that player electronically. That is the responsibility of the coach or team administrator. So, to avoid conflicts and frustration on Saturday, please check your rosters.

IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING ROSTERS:
1. Rosters MUST be updated by Nov. 7 at Midnight.

2. Players MUST have played in 2 regular-season games before Bracket play to play at the end of the league Tournament.

3. Please do not bring GOLD-level players down to play on Bronze-level teams that takes away from the integrity of the division. If you are double rostering kids, please only have them play in 2 levels per grade division. For example, if a player is rostered on Gold they may be also rostered on Silver. If you are going to roster a Silver player on a Bronze level team the CANNOT be rostered on a Gold level team.

4. All players need to have signed Waivers by Nov. 16.

I understand that there was some frustration and misunderstanding about rosters this week. We apologize for that and want everyone to have a fun, fair experience.

We will allow ALL teams this week to review your rosters and make FINAL updates. These updates need to be done by THURSDAY NIGHT at Midnight. We will be printing game rosters on Friday. If you feel like you need to add any additional players to avoid any forfeits in the future please do so.

Please make sure you have added them electronically, if they do not show up on the printed schedule they are not considered to be on your roster.

If you need to view your rosters you can see them listed on the Battlegrounds website. If you need assistance updating your rosters please reach out to me and I can help you.

First, let me say a BIG Thank you to everyone who worked with me over the last couple of days to get schedules squared away to avoid forfeits! I greatly appreciate everyone's willingness to be flexible.

Please make sure you have checked the schedules and communicated with parents to know game times. A few court assignments also changed so please make sure you look today!

Games start this weekend please make sure you have done the following:

3. Reminded parents to sign the liablity waiver sent by Battlegrounds

Oct. 19 Games...WE WILL BE HOLDING GAMES ON OCT. 19, It is NOT going to be possible to reschedule everyones games off of this date. Please do your best to field a team to avoid any forfeits.

Please understand a couple things...and I am hoping this comes accross the way it is intended. We have to play on the 19th in order to allow ALL of your teams to play. If it become nessessary to take off Fall break we will have to decrease the # of teams allowed in the league. That would mean 25-30 teams would not have a spot to play.

As always scheduling comes with some challenges. I am hoping this is the last update. The biggest changes are in the 3rd grade divisions. However, there may have been some time updates and maybe a couple date changes. Please check the scheudle and verify your schedules.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we work through a few challenges.

If you see only 5 games scheudled you will be playing a 2 game guarentee in bracket plasy.

Please get rosters in and remind parents to sign waivers.

REMINDER....the last 2 weeks of games are not final schedules. Those are mostly place holders.

Coaches, we are excited for the new basketball season! Here are some important details you need to take note of:

* Games start Oct. 5
* 2nd & 3rd may have a game on a FRIDAY night
* Rosters are due 1st week of games and lock 3rd week. All players must play 2 regular season games to play Bracket play
* All rosters include an email address for parents to get a liability waiver to sign. These are due by the 3rd week. If not done play will not be allowed to play. These are good for the entire year.
* 10 pm games there are a couple of weeks that have 10 pm games
* Requests...I tried to honor requests to the best of my ability. Please keep in mind that there are 174 teams in the league. Please only request changes that are imperative.
* Some divisions may only have 5 regular season games...game 6 will be included in bracket play
* LAST 2 WEEKS' SCHEDULE WILL CHANGE...IT CURRENTLY IS JUST A PLACE HOLDER.

Fall league is upon us! We have a FULL league. Thank you to all of you for your patience as I work to fit as many of you in as possible. I am working on the schedule so please be patient.

Some things to know:
1. Games Begin Oct. 5
2. Pool Play Games are 6 with a single elimination tournament
exception: 5th Silver, 8th Silver, 8th Bronze, 9th Bronze you will play 5 pool play games with a 2 game guarantee tournament 4. 10 pm games…you will see on the schedule a few 10 pm games. Those will be played only by 8th & 9th graders. I will try and only schedule 1 10 pm game per team.
3. Requests, PLEASE only request things that you REALLY important. It is very hard to schedule 172 teams with a whole bunch of restrictions. No request is guaranteed. I do my best to be accommodating. 4. Please submit your rosters, so liability forms can be sent to players
5. League rules will be sent out shortly.
