Good afternoon,

Looking forward to having a great event and we definitely appreciate the support with everyone coming out. Below will be some important information to pass along to your parents and players.

Team Check Ins:Duncanville Fieldhouse is the main hub to check-in unless you have Friday games or a 8 a.m Saturday game at Trinity Basin. If you are a team that have Friday or early Saturday morning games you will pick up your folder and coaching bands at Trinity Basin. Please give yourself enough time to check in and not late to games.

Trainer: We will have an athletic trainer on site at Duncanville Fieldhouse for anyone that need anything.

Rules and regulations will be put on every table for the tournament. Please make sure you read carefully.

Code of Conduct (Please Read and Share with Parents and Players)

Respect and Sportsmanship:
a. All participants, including players, coaches, parents, and spectators, are expected to treat each other with respect and maintain good sportsmanship throughout the tournament.
b. Verbal or physical abuse, including profanity, threats, or derogatory remarks, towards any individual, including officials, players, or other spectators, will not be tolerated.

Zero Tolerance for Fights:
a. Fights or physical altercations between players, coaches, or anyone involved in the tournament will result in immediate disqualification of the team involved.
b. Disqualification will result in the team's removal from the tournament, and they will not be eligible to continue participating.
c. No warnings will be given, and the decision of the tournament organizers will be final.

Financial Responsibility:
a. Teams and parents understand that participating in the tournament is voluntary and that no refunds will be issued in the event of disqualification due to fights or any other code of conduct violations.
b. It is the responsibility of the team and parents to ensure they comply with the code of conduct guidelines to avoid disqualification and financial loss.

Coach and Parent Responsibility:
a. Coaches are responsible for maintaining control over their team and ensuring that players and parents understand and follow the code of conduct.
b. Parents are expected to support the team and tournament organizers by promoting good sportsmanship and behaving respectfully towards all participants.

Compliance with Tournament Officials:
a. Participants are expected to follow the instructions and decisions made by the tournament officials, including referees, organizers, and staff.
b. Arguing with or disrespecting officials' decisions will not be tolerated and may result in penalties or disqualification.

Enforcement and Penalties:
a. The tournament organizers reserve the right to enforce the code of conduct and impose penalties, including warnings, ejections, or disqualification, based on the severity of the violation.
b. The decision of the tournament organizers regarding code of conduct violations will be final and binding.

By participating in the basketball tournament, all players, coaches, parents, and spectators agree to abide by this code of conduct. Failure to comply may result in penalties or disqualification, and no refunds will be issued in such cases. Let's promote a safe, fair, and enjoyable tournament experience for all involved.

Check-In: Everyone who plays at Trinity Basin today and 8 a.m. Saturday morning will check in at Trinity Basin. Everyone else you will need to check in at Duncanville Fieldhouse. Save the date June 13-15 for Big E's Showtyme Classic. Promise you do not want to miss. High level competition and a great environment!!! Over 140 teams last year so you may want to at least register to hold your spot. Some of the top teams in the country will be present from the young kids to the teenagers. Also the best hospitality room period!!!

Hope all is well!! On November 16-17th Dallas Showtyme along with DFW Source of Sports, and Burris Buckets will have our annual Thanksgiving Showcase. It will be held at Mansfield Fieldhouse and we will have boys and girls!! The flier will be attached regarding all information. Please register to hold your spot as it will fill up pretty fast

Great day 1!!! Please do not forget to double check schedule to make sure you give yourself enough time to check in. Coaches and players will use side entrance at Duncanville Fieldhouse to check in. If you designate a coach other than head coach to check in they will have coaching bands for that particular team.

Teams playing at Trinity Basin at 8 a.m. (ONLY) will check in at Trinity Basin all other will go to Duncanville Fieldhouse to check in.
