Good morning coaches, We look forward to hosting you tomorrow just a few details.

Admission for spectators will be $15 for the day 6 and under are free to get in (CASH ONLY)
No outside food or drinks will be permitted in the facility. No team coolers or playing of music during warmups. Concessions will be on site.

Also coaches please remeber to fill out team roster form and turn in at team check in. Each team will only recieve two coaches bands per team no exceptions. Lets have a great day of bBasketball and remeber we do what we do as Coaches for the kids in our programs.
Coaches it's your responsibility to make sure that your fans and staff respect the officials and tournament staff at all times. The officials have to right to stop a game to have anyone removed from the facility at anytime.

Remeber to look over the rules of play. Only 3 timeouts per game: 2 shots at 10 fouls. MS Boys and girls will play two 14 min. stop clock halves younger divisions will play two 12 minute stop clock halves. Wanted to clarify that as it was a typo on rules posted for time.

Kevin Waid will be sight Director at Lyburn Downing and I will be sight Director at Maury River.

Good after noon Coaches the schedule will be released this evening by 5pm. Thank you for supporting our event. Note: After each game we need the Losing Coach to tell the clock operator who the MVP of the winning team is. Each division winning team will recieve medals and a mvp award. make sure to fill out the roster form and turn in at check-in please check in at your first game location. Only two coaches bands will be given to each team.
