Our rule states: IF WE REMOVE A PARENT FROM THE FACILITY WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE THE PLAYER OF THAT PARENT AS WELL, BASED ON OUR DISCRETION. Please ask your parents to be respectful towards the opposing teams players, opposing coaches, & TOWARDS THE OFFICIALS/REFS. ANY DISRESPECT TOWARDS AN OFFICIAL, OPPOSING COACH, PLAYER, OR ARE STAFF MEMBERS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!



Physical altercations will NOT be tolerated. Any physical altercation will cause a ban & removal from the event for the entire weekend. AAU does have a rule that any player or coach given a technical or thrown out for fighting is subject to a 1-game suspension, suspension from the entire tournament, and/or a 1-year suspension from AAU competition.



Only the head coach should address the officials/refs. No assistant coach should be talking to an official. Please be mindful that officials are human and they are doing the best they can.



Please be mindful of this: It is about the kids to come out and have fun with good clean competition.



Rules:
3rd - 5th - 14 minutes halves
6th - 8th - 16 minutes halves
9th - 10th - 16 minutes halves

For 7U/1st Grade, 8U/2nd Grade, 9U/3rd Grade, 10U/4th Grade Divisions:
Teams ahead by 20 points or more at any point in the game must play defense behind their
three-point arc and a running clock will go into effect, stopping only during a timeout or injury.
Standard clock operation resumes when the lead falls under 20 points. First offense: Warning,
Second and all additional offenses: 2 shot administrative technical.


For 11U/5th Grade and older:
Teams ahead by 30 points or more at any point in the game must play defense behind their
three-point arc and a running clock will go into effect, stopping only during a timeout or injury.
Standard clock operation resumes when the lead falls under 30 points. First offense: Warning,
Second and all additional offenses: 2 shot administrative technical.
