The final draft has had no changes since the 2nd Draft. Please review the schedule by going to link: https://basketball.exposureevents.com/224016/pvbl-mothers-1-day-showdown/schedule.

A link has been sent once again so that you can update your rosters as needed. The link is sent to the primary contact. It is the head coaches responsibility to ensure that the roster is correct before each game starts. The Head coach is responsible to make sure that at the end of the game the scores are correct. Updates will be done as games are complete as it will be necessary in for certain divisions to go forward. We will do our best to continue the games without interuption, but in some cases, it may be necessary for alterations.

Coaches are permitted a max of 2 bands and must wear them in order to access the appropriate venues and must pick it up at the first game assigned to the team!
Players Must be in Uniform in order to access!
Spectator Fee: $17. A band will be issued that will allow access to all 4 venues.

The placement is decided in this order: Record, PT dif (Max 15), Total Pts, Head to Head, Coin Toss. If a team declines to play the championship game, or is unable it is the discretion of the Director to take the next team in line to play the championship game!

The trophy will be presented immediately following the championship game in each division.

Rules are attached accordingly and a copy will be at the table. You will be able to access the gyms for the first games as follows:

- Gaithersburg M.S. - 8:45 am
- ICOG - 9:45 am
- Watkins Mill HS - 12:00 pm

Coaches are responsible for their players, other coaches and their spectators accordingly.

Thank you for joining the Potomac Valley Basketball (PVBL) Annual Mother's Day Showdown

Attached are the rules for the tournament,

Each Coach must check-in at there first game to get their wristbands. Up to 2 Coaches per team will be allowed to get wristbands.

Spectator Fee is $17/ Day (Payment accepted via Cash, Cash Ap, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle)

All Players should come in dressed in there uniform. No Loitering in the halls.

Coaches are responsible for their spectators, players, and guests. We want to keep this as much fun for the players as possible.

Due to many last minute team additions, the 1st draft of the Schedules will be out on Wed. May 7, 2025 @ 9:00 am. Please note that scheduling requests that have been submitted with registration will be honored to the best of our ability. Please note that all game scores will be updated shortly after their game ends.

Before everygame, it is the head coaches responsibility to make sure that their roster is correct. After every game, it is the head coaches responisbility to double check that the score is recorded properly.

The games that will are videod will be placed in the Potomac Valley Basketball Facebook group as soon as oportunity allows.
