Snowball Slamfest Documents

Please review the game schedule for the 2034 girls. The gametimes have been adjusted slightly. The championship game is still at 1230 for the top two teams out of pool play.

Good morning, I hope everyone is doing well. I wanted to reach out as the schedule has been slightly adjusted. Please review and see the final schedule. I do not expect divisions listed gametimes to change unless absolutely necessary.

We appreciate your patience this week. Our events have become very popular and have oversold for utilizing one venue. We have worked to secure an additional larger venue in addition to Griffin for future events. For this event we had to turn teams away that asked to come in late Monday and Tuesday.

I have attached our future event schedule for this rest of winter 2024/2025. If possible, I would ask teams to sign up early so we can ensure we have the appropriate amount of courts to meet the demands for each event.

Good morning, we hope everyone is doing well. We just wanted to send a quick update that the schedule should be released by 6:00pm this evening. The schedule will go live on the exposure website. Based off of requests and conflicts here is what I expect:

3rd girls and 5th boys will play pool play games between 8:30-12:30 with bracket/championship games starting at 1:30-3:30. Teams traveling from 1+ hour away will not have an 8:30am gametime.

all other divisions should expect to play games starting afternoon and be done by 6:30 or 7:30.
